When dealing with this company, be prepared for rude behavior, unprofessional attitudes, and general contempt because you'll never be as good as they are. (sarcasm).

Even applying, you will be treated badly. Esp if you have the serious misfortune of dealing with a Teri Haag - just be sure not to ask her to act professionally, or she will toss you in the trash while giving you the finger.

They pay their employees well, but treat them crappy. Anyone in management will behave rudely, and treat people as if they are all morons. The negative reviews for this company are real, the rest are fake. This company doesn't care about people, and they do not respect anyone, including your family. If you care about your spouse or kids, be prepared to have them put on the back-burner and treated as burdens, because this company doesn't give a crap about them.

Be wary, and if you decide to apply here, be prepared to kiss a lot of ass, and massage a lot of ego, otherwise you're screwed.

I went to a interview with this company in September I pass the background check,drug test,credit check.. November came up I had a whole month of training pass everything..so now I set and waited, I had to Constantly calling to get a update of my status my Recruiter was very unorganized, I waited 6 months just so they can tell me oh your background don t match your Resume.... in other words they found someone else ....

Seems chill. For a security company, their main building is pretty open during the day.

Company has extremely high turnover.

Management is extremely hostile, specifically Mr. Barry Leese, Brad McKean, some HR personnel, and some site supervisors.

Continuous threats of write ups, suspension, and termination. Management continuously reminds security officers of company 'at-will' policy.

Management continuously mistreats and punishes security officers, making the work environment increasing hostile, uncomfortable, and uncertain.

Morale is often very low and security officers are very stressed, and not wanting to continue a career with OMNIPLEX.

Barry Leese & Brad McKean orders site supervisors to do very questionable, immoral, unethical, and illegal task against subordinates. Task they wouldn't dare do on their own. Oftentimes, questionable orders are verbal so that there's no digital foot-print.

Extremely bad response time from management for questions, concerns, and complaints. Complaints often go unheard and unchecked.

No flexibility for time-off request. Management treats security officers like they're owned by the company and disregards medical and family emergencies.

Overall, terrible company to work for and wouldn't wish this sort of treatment toward anyone.
