Thank you so much for a wonderful spa treatment day! I enjoyed the greatest massage and facial. And relaxing time at the poolside...Much needed. Thank you to the ladies as well as Brook Sample.

Relaxing and beautiful place. Very nice water features everywhere. The grass is amazing. Even you you don't golf you can enjoy this scenic place. Also, the food is excellent. No matter what you order, it will be delicious.

First time visitors and we expected more. The grounds are beautiful and the golf course, although we didn't play, looked immaculate.
My rating stems from a lack of warm welcoming from the staff, and a lack of amenities at such a high end resort.
No clean towels at the pool when we arrived...no beverage holders at the pool bar to assist patrons when drinks outnumbered hands...no restrooms or changing areas at the pool...the pool deck would be too hot to walk on by high noon...no phone chargers on the nightstands...on 3 separate occasions I tried calling the front desk & guest services and no one answered (we were only there for 1 night)...saw no regard for recycling...
I'll finish by stating we enjoyed excellent food at Bob's Steak House and The Legends Bar/Grill although service was lacking at times at both.

This was a great hotel!!! The rooms are clean and spacious! The property was well kept! We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit every night! The jacuzzi and pool are very nice and a great temp! They weren't full! We checked in late and the gentleman working was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

I''m sure in the 90's our room was cool, it smelled. After asking for a view room, got a big tree blocking any view. No room service, no valet, rooms cleaned every 3rd day, no coffee cream. If I'd known we would be dragging our luggage and down stairs I would have brought my knee brace. Best thing was Legends, the grill and the food. for $461 a night it was very disappointing

Lacking, cold, aggressive and misleading...

Lacking, cold, aggressive and misleading...
That is the words to describe my spa day here...310.00 was the fee paid for a massage and facial...the facial was the worst, the girl literally washed my face, put a mask on me and sat on her phone while drinking her Starbucks...no arm massage, no steam NOTHING, literally had better spa treatments at a beauty school. She did not even bother to put my hair up out of the way and just got soap and SPF all in my hairline...The massage...well I left in pain. It was the fastest and most aggressive thing I have ever experienced. Nothing calm or relaxing about it.I am 98% sure she only used her elbows on me. Oh and to top it all off, I left with so much lotion on my body I was slipping in my sandals the rest of the day...I had lotion in my hair ( had to wash it 3 times) I could write more, but I need to go take some ibuprofen for the shoulder pain. Save your money and go ANY PLACE but here.
Oh and they add tip in, so the employees have no reason to actually do anything.
