I have about $11,000 dollars show up on my credit report that has these guys fraudulently claiming I owe them money.

To be honest, Kela over at Omega RMS LLC, was extremely helpful. Very patient and thorough. I was able to solve all my debt the same day. I feel so relieved the weight has been taken off my shoulders.

A male rep calls me and asks for a woman, which I clearly am not. I simply asked who was calling because I get a lot of wrong numbers calling me for the same person. After telling me he is with Omega RMS I told him it was wrong number. Everything sounding normal so far... This idiot of a man has the audacity to ask me, "Then why did you ask who was calling?" I stated, "It's my right to know who is calling my phone." And this miserable insignificant contemptibly obnoxious moron says, "So you're just nosey then, that's what it comes down to?"

Any companies allied with a group with this level of stupidity and ineptitude should reconsider who they have representing them.

This so-called "business" tries to collect money from victims of identity theft! They claim since the address is correct then they are owed the money. Their customer is a fraud and so are they! They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

Super Unprofessional. Both women I talked to were super short with me for no reason. Absolutely did not care what i had to say. Pathetic how companies/people like this exist..

Unnecessary Harassment! You idiots have the wrong phone number! I am not the person you say your looking for. I have asked repetitively to be put on your do not call list. Next I will write a review on the BBB website where you already have a "D" rating. Then to the attorney general. If that does not stop the harassing calls then I will fly myself and my attorneys to Kansas City, MO and confront you face to face while filing a law suite! Stop calling me!

I'd give these clowns ZERO stars if I could. Keep calling claiming I have a debt I do NOT have. Insist calls will continue. Insist it's on my credit which it is NOT. Nothing but rude bully tactics to obtain personal information!!!!

Totally unprofessional. Told me I had a $500 debt from 5-years ago. Didn't have my birthday right, said that was a 'typo'. Didn't know my current address. Called the company they said I owned the debt to and they said they had never heard of Omega RMS and that my account was in good standing. Twice representatives of Omega RMS hung up on me when I inquired about their legal department and repeatedly they refused to listen to me or even call the company that referred the debt to them. Harassment is an understatement.
