I wish Google should add -1 star , Company not even deserving 1 star , never ever join this company , worst management!! money minded people, not even providing basic amenities ,
also need to submit your original certificate so that no one will leave the company and it's a biggest trap , Average English speaking people also will select for interview and for everyone they will provide 3 months training without giving salary, if you are not clearing final assessment then you are out of the company without even a single penny , for that u have to waste your 3 months of your time money and energy , Again too much work and week offs are just a dream , won't get OT or additional payment if u work in Saturdays but they will force you to work ,
If u want your certificate and leave this company then u have to pay full training cost plus FNF ,
One of the merciless company in the country , non of the employees are not happy with the company , people are crying and being in depression because it's nothing but a corporate jail,
Omega experience won't take it as a international experience in any other International company apart from AR jobs which is not common , .....Please don't waste your time and never be a part of Omega ,

It's a very good company for those who want to built their future in medical billing , a bit of work pressure but salary is less, but overall it's okay, if you're a hustler

Good medical billing company, and it give the chance for the freshers, people can learn many thing about medical billing, can gain, day to day knowledge But full knight shift. It's an US Company.

Best palace to start your career..they give you around one nd half month(or depends) training after complete training, then thy will take your test if you crack that you will be get your training days slry...if you not go home prepare and come back after one month..and try again.. :)

This company just concentrate on targets, they don't solve technical issues. If we have system issue they consider as LOP itseems. The only company which doesn't care of employees.

I HAVE attended for the interview and I got selected. I have worked for 30days . They will pay salary at a time after finishing training. They will not select as per communication or domain.trainer is the person who will do all the things. He will reject the people according to him. This is not fair completely unfair. They will not even pay for the work which we have done for 30days.

I THOUGHT THIS GOOD COMPANY. TOTALLY HITTING ON STOMACH. HARD WORKING FOR 30DAYS THAT TOO NIGHT SHIFT. THEY DON'T GIVE PROPER FEEDBACK. Poooor performance from my trainer as per me...and ...... Thank you

Worst compny experience.. hR is behaving very rude wen you r levng.(who ws processed my relivng process..very bad and wrst)..dey makes you to wait unnecessary.verry irresponsble..very worst response.dey r not respectng u how mny yers u wrk dey wnt mind...dey wnt consider ur extra wrk or effort.dey r fcng only their mney.. wen you r levng...!!!! They vl tell to pay mney wen you r takng relvng letter if dey paid extra...but dey wnt cnsider ur extra wrk or hurs..wthut pay their mney dey wnt gv exprnce certfcte. Dey hold everythg.

This one gave me a career...when I'm searching for jobs in Bangalore.well,must join company if you want to continue your career in healthcare industry.3 stars coz shift timings are almost in the night due to international process (usa shifts).All the best! if you are attending interview

Company is too good .Hr husain sied is a one of the syco bloody who gives the Hr post that guy very lasy irresponsible and soundarya also not fit the HR position ,I have cleared all rounds but after told that process will closed.new process will be there attend again interview??? What is this mad Hr .un fit job that guys,not only mine problem most of people said same answer. Once again husain sied go to mental hospital take a treatment.
