Omaha Performing Arts Review

It was Awsome our son LOVED IT. The conductor was fantastic and explained the different movements in the songs and what the composers where doing.

Saw a great show - Omaha Symphony Orchestra presents Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Loved it!

Everything was super solid. Attendees escorted me directly to my seat. They were very helpful and pleasant. One of which was particularly humorous. The bar made great drinks. The show was top notch. Over all, a great time.

I liked going...could be better but it was ok to get a 4

Poor ushers, didn't know where seats werr and seated people during show.

Outstanding facility. One of the best in the country. Not a bad seat in this state of the art building.

Wonderful! Whether it's at the Orpheum or the Holland, the performances are always excellent.

I attended the Smokey Robinson concert on May 22nd. The sound of his voice took me to a great place and space in time. The symphony orchestra was phenomenal as each instrument individually came together into one harmony. The ushers were both polite and attentive before, during (even when asking for phones to be turned off during the performance) and after the concert as we were exiting the center. The traffic flow was steady but reasonably considering the number of people in attendance. I would attend another event at the Holland.

Gorgeous place and hilarious show, but events weren't organized the smoothest.

Love the music the orchestra performs. I have taken my family to performances, movies, and holiday shows. They all love it.

Loved it so much I wish I could pay strangers to attend.

Went to buy tickets. Only one person selling. Waited far to long with only one person in front of me. Another person came out to sell but took them over 15 minutes to get set up.

Wonderful experience, symphony was great. Also took kiddo to their Aladdin/Disney show and was not disappointed. Excellent venue.

Loved it ! Great venue, not a bad seat in the house ! Full bar ! Lots of friendly staff to direct you.

The facility is state of the art, great selection of shows too.

Magnificent experience! The Omaha Symphony took the magic of Harry Potter to the next level. I will definitely continue attendance to their variety of shows.

The Distant Worlds symphony sounded great in the concert hall and the multiple entry ways made for quick entrances and exits. It is surprisingly spacious and well-lit, so I also had a good time exploring after the concert.

I did not to dine in Zinc since I changed venues for dinner at the last minute. Will make a note to come back and try it.

A beautiful venue featuring beautiful music. The Omaha Symphony is a delight to listen to and frequently features world renound artists. One could not hope for a better classical music experience in a city like Omaha.

Omaha Symphony started the season with a stellar performance Saturday night.

Took my children to see the symphony here, we went to leave about 15 mins early and a worker would not allow us to use the elevator until the show was over. We were on the 3rd floor balconies. Wouldn't have been much of an issue if my son wasn't set on riding the elevator. He is 5 and she made him cry. It was just sad.

Beautiful place! Very nice and helpful staff. Decent drink prices too!

Saw the Omaha Symphony. Was incredible. Very moving. Very crisp and sharp. The pianists we unbelievable.

Again, they perform at the holland, so eat and drink before you get there

Motzart and Mahler - Wonderful performance. Solo were impressive!

Tonight's Omaha Symphony performance of Mahler symphony #9 was top notch.

Went to see Bert Kreischer and everyone there was so nice. The facility is always clean. I love visiting the Holland Center.

I stood in line for the Hamilton tickets sale on one of the hottest days of the year. The staff at Omaha Performing Arts figured everything out to make it as easy and pleasant as possible to navigate the huge sea of ticket buyers. They gave me a wristband and a clipboard with a form for the ticket options: dates, times, seat locations, costs, etc so I could pre-plan my purchase. Then I waited in the shade at tables and chairs which were set up for the buyers where they provided cold water to drink. I never actually got in line until my wristband number was called, and then it took about 45 minutes to go through the account verification/creation process and purchase my tickets. I was the 290th box office ticket buyer while there were 20,000 buyers waiting online, and it took me about an hour and a half to get Hamilton tickets. Good seats at that.

They don't serve caffeinated coffee during intermission. Other than that, it's a wonderful organization

Omaha has one of the best Performing Arts scene in the middle of the country with wonderful offerings almost every week and sometimes more than one. If you like musicals, plays, one person shows and great concerts this is the organization that makes it happen.

Great overall venue , parking is close by for the winter walks. I have been here for a benefit dinner and for a performance.

Very pretty theatre! Lots of seating & nice lighting. Friendly & helpful staff. Line for tickets to All City Music Festival went fast. I was happy with my experiences at this place each time i attended All City, the past few years in a row. Ticket prices were decent. Overall great place! Parking garage across street (on Dodge side of building) is also helpful.

Dear friends wed here and it was spectacular. Very modern. Superb professional hospitality staff. And a GRAND entrance for the newlyweds.

The Christmas Symphony was way more than we expected. It was wonderfully scripted and performed. Looking forward to another performance. Beautiful!!!

We love Omaha Performing Arts! We are season ticket holders for the Broadway shows. Our most recent show was Yamato Drummers of Japan. It was absolutely incredible! The show was interactive and they were amazing with their drums!

Always a great show in a world-class venue! Having the symphony play the music track of a classic movie is a whole new experience!

I've been attending shows at the Holland Center throughout the last decade, and I'm always blown away about every part of the experience. The venue is incredibly nice, especially in terms of acoustics and general style. The staff are always helpful and friendly, which always adds to the experience. The quality of the shows, whether it be the Omaha symphony or a guest, is always top notch. Located right in the middle of downtown Omaha, there is always ample parking. Looking forward to going back in the future!
