Awesome to see this place where so many great athletes have passed through. The tour is fairly extensive and we got to observe many athletes in training (and we went during an off year). In particular we watched tge gymnasts and sharoahooters. A wonderful half day trip.

Today we took some friends visiting to the OTC. We chose the Bronze Tour. It was the lowest quality tour I have been on to date. It took about 30 min not including the video at the beginning, which was the best part. They changed our guide at the last minute to someone (can t remember his name) who really just was there to use his badge to open locked doors. He didn t have any information to provide and asked people practicing in each facility to provide information. Another member on the tour gave us all the information about the swimming portion of the tour. It was disappointing because we normally love taking people on the tour.

Update - Staff from the OTC reached out to my group and offered to refund our tickets, give us a free Silver tour and train the guide we had so that this doesn't happen again. I am impressed by the action they took to make our poor experience right.

Very nice experience where the tour is usually conducted by a resident athelete themselves. Enjoyed seeing the various facilities like swimming pool, the high altitude gym which can simulate conditions from sea level to 24,000 feet.

I took the standard tour on a Saturday morning. It was awesome. We we're able to view some talented, aspiring Olympians preparing for the upcoming winter Olympics (bobsled pushers). Admittedly, the experience can be a bit cathartic, if you let it captivate you. I also really enjoy athletics and Olympic sport, so I could have a bias. Give it a shot. It's a small peek behind the scenes that allows you to see how these folks prepare to represent our nation in the Olympic games.

It was different than I anticipated . Expected more action or at the very least be able to watch athletes train. Swimming was the only sport to watch live action but you have to stand outside in the freezing cold and watch through glass. Tour was short and sweet. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and sweet. We went over Christmas break so I'm sure that's why we didn't see more Olympians. Most of the tour is conducted outside. We went on a snowy, freezing day so be prepared for that. Recommend this tour for warmer temps! Kids enjoyed it!

Great tour. We did the Bronze tour with Payton. It was very informative and we got to see a lot the complex. We were able to go into the weight room, wresting gym, pool, basketball, gymnastics and shooting range. Everyone we encountered was very nice and we go to see athletes training for the 2020 Olympics.
