Easy check in and as most places, hurry up and wait.

Checked in one before my appt and got unloaded at 9:20am. Appt was 8AM. I was expected longer unloading but these guys were did great job. Restroom is located near door one. There is procedures for live unload please see pic

Took a friend here for an interview and was a wonderful experience on her end. So happy for her and glad to see good people at this busy place!

Arrived early for my 10am app. It is 1:00pm and I am still waiting to get unloaded. First time here and for being my first time, not a good experience.

OTR drivers try to check in early. Checked in @7am for 9am appt. Got a door immediately, back in and wait for them to come out to your truck to get your paperwork, by 9 o clock I had my paperwork on my hand and I was out of there. I guess it was my lucky day lol
