My husband and I came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary a few weeks ago, everything was delicious and fresh- and reasonably priced for the excellent quality! The oysters were amazing and the creme brulee is the best I've ever had, hands down! Thanks for a lovely evening!

What looks like a previous Asian restaurant has been converted with minimal change in decor. But it is a nice space with an owner who is eager to please and very accommodating. More importantly, the chef certainly knows their way around steak.
We had the pleasure of dining at King's Steak and Seafood Bar for the first time on the 1st August.
We booked on the previous reviews of other people.
The restaurant appeared on first impression a little disappointing as we have not been out fine dining for some time we were expecting a little more formal. After saying that we were made so comfortable by the waitress and were looked after all night. My friend had steak and I had the prawns and vegetables with their hot bread. Well it was superb. The steak was perfectly cooked and my seafood meal devine. Thank you so much for a wonderful night and we will definately return.
Went back to the Restuarant again and was not dissapointed. Recommend the place value for money. Service was 4 star and food 5 star. Have no doubts in visiting the place again.
I had 300g Angus and my friend had the Rib-eye. Dare I to say this is THE BEST steak we have ever had. Definitely recommend you to try the rib-eye medium rare. Best of all, the warm service is excellent. I would come back again if have the chance.
We had 300g rib eye and the 220g fillet mignon, both middle rare. It's exquisitely cooked and is very much value for money. Excellent service, and with the same or even better taste experience than the expensive Argentinian steak places. No kids menu.
I will visit again.
Surprisingly good quality dishes here - I say surprising because the decor suggests it might be more ordinary.
The wait staff are very attentive and in the 6 or 7 times I've been always get my steak "doneness" just right.
Usually OK to simply walk in although can get busy if a group turns up.
There is a delicious seafood special dish but you need to ring ahead as it takes a few hours to prepare.
Nice place, nice staff and AWESOME food. I have eaten the Tasmanian salmon with a glass of white wine. It was a really good dinner.
Lovely relaxing quiet place, one of the few restaurants in Melbourne where you can hide away from crowds... plus the food was amazing and the service impeccable! Well done highly recommend it!
