Olive Boutique Review

Customer service is horrible. Went in there tonight and was completey ignored. So went to the Buckle and bought a great outfit.

Love their selection of trendy + staple items- particularly their premium denim! I had the pleasure of working with the owner to style a photoshoot and she was so sweet and helpful. Love supporting this local boutique!

Awful. Abesolutely AWFUL. The management is PATHETIC. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to not take their business to this pathetic excuse of a store.

Employees at this place need some training on customer service. They are rude and get annoyed when you ask a question. Also heard one of them making fun of people who are obese. Not cool

Every time I come in even to just browse I have received exceptional customer service . All the ladies are very friendly and helpful with picking out fashionable trends to fit my style and needs as well as budget .i highly recommend this boutique over a high end corporation! Shop local :)

Love these folks in the Salem Mall. Olive has adorable mini to maxi dresses and with a more relaxed "beachy" or "summer" style. I always find something I want when I'm there. Very good service too.

My mom and I love shopping at this boutique. It s great to see it still open especially with Nordstrom gone now! They always have very cute styles and the clothes are great quality high end brands. I have never received bad customer service here.

Unfortunately I just had the "privilege" of meeting the owner this evening who freely and loudly discussed his upbringing where his hometown consisted of a "gook" store also referred to as "fish head Fred's" because a Chinese man owned it. Little did he know he was talking to a half-Chinese woman (although it should have been obvious.) Instead of apologizing he proceeded to ask if she was a "cooked fish" or "raw fish" Asian (Chinese vs Japanese, for those who aren't racist.) Once realizing he was really offensive he offered to buy our drinks... no thanks... and said, "Don't give me a bad Yelp review!" Sorry I'm not sorry. Spend your money elsewhere.

I LOVE Olive!! I ve been shopping here for years!!! It is a wonderful Boutique with the latest trends and great customer service! Every time I am in the store or shopping via texting or over the phone with them, they are more than helpful and always get me set up with the best stuff! If you haven t been here yet, it is a must!!!!

Horrible place. Worst customer service. Stated they are not worried about "losing one customer, they have plenty". Will tell everyone we know not to support this place! Don't waste your time, go to Nordstrom for better products and service.

I will not return due to one key issue related to a lack of transparency and my disagreement with how they handled a situation. The store won t return items that are unused and instead will only provide store credit. This policy might be okay if they were transparent about it, but that wasn't my experience. I bought an item and they were unwilling to return it 20 minutes later. The last person to touch the item was the person at the store when she put it into a bag. They didn t share this policy at the time of purchase and it wasn t clearly listed anywhere. Even though it wasn t shared, they were unwilling to make the situation right. I was just disappointed and let down and have chosen not to do business with them . I feel it's important to share this policy with others and hope corrections are made to make this policy more obvious in the future.

Olive boutique has by far got the best quality jewelry I ve ever bought. I ve got necklaces I bought a year or more ago and I have never cleaned them And they literally look brand new. I went and spent over 150.00$ somewhere else and within weeks they were horribly tarnished. Some items I never even got to wear. LESSON LEARNED!!

Then owner of this place is the most awful, rude, and disgusting person I have ever encountered! If you want to over pay/ get ripped off then go to Olive! Absolute worst customer service I ve ever received!
