Old Republic Bar Review

Finally got to try this place for the first time and was not disappointed. Service was prompt and friendly, Mai Tai's were delicious, cheese curds were phenomenal, anyone the grilled cheese was delicious! Great menu selection and my wife's salad was a generous portion. Only complaint is that I did not care for the side of homemade potato chips because they tasted more like the deep-fried outside without any potato inside.

Overall, I definitely look forward to my next meal at this establishment.

Went for dinner on Monday. Burgers half off. Wisconsin slammer burger was very good. Outdoor patio is roomy and nicely constructed/decorated. Friendly staff. Family atmosphere. Masks and social distancing was the norm for staff n costumers. Enjoyed the visit. Will return.

My fiancee and I tried this place for the first time and it's was delicious!!!!
We got an order of beer nuggets (since it was half price on Wednesday!!)
I got the hot-lanta chicken sandwiche and as advertised it was SPICY but along with that spice comes great flavor from the cherry peppers and jalapenos. The fried chicken breast was huge, perfectly crispy, very juicy and tender.
My fiancee got the longhorn burger and we both thought it was very tasty. The beef itself had a great flavor, the bacon was was perfect not soggy and doesn't crumble into a million tiny pieces. The big thing that made this burger good was that the BBQ sauce wasn't overpowering.
The only real downside to both of our meals was that they messy but ultimately didn't detract from the overall great experience we had!

Newest member of this local restaurant grouping. Each unit has its own theme. This one is certainly the most modern with chrome and industrial type motif as the apparent theme. Menu choices have creative names, the salads have some wild ingredients. Service is very attentive and the portions, on my two visits have been very generous. I'm actually a bit lost for a definative conclusion. Not my favorite of their restaurants but their great track record inclines me to believe they are feeling their way a bit. I suspect when done this change of pace will be as enjoyable as it is different.

It was our second time here this month. Our first visit everything was great. From the food to the spectacular service we received from Christian. We were excited to go back. This time we brought more people. The food was awesome. However, the service was lacking. I am not sure what our servers name was as he didnt introduce himself so I am going off the receipt. Cres H. He was rude to my mother in law when she was trying to explain what drink she would like. Barking at her saying "You need to speak louder, I can't here you. I don't know what your talking about, we don't have that here." Not once did he smile at us. We ordered our food, which was 3 appetizers and 4 entrees. While waiting for our food, I watched Chres H. walk back and forth to his other tables happy and with a smile. I was trying to get his attention because my niece ordered an iced tea and wanted sugar. I saw him heading back towards us when we locked eyes and he turned away. He did that a few time. It's sad to say that he didnt return to our table until after we were given our meal. The portions were large and we of course took it home. We were given our boxes and Chres H. said I'll get your receipt. He didnt even ask us if we wanted dessert. We paid for our meal and left the table. Our server was standing right next to us and didnt even say a word to us. Not even a, thanks for coming. Have a great night. We felt we were being rushed out. My husband and I noticed that how we were being treated was the complete opposite than what his other tables were getting. The next time we come back, we are going to ask for Christian.

Great atmosphere and the food was on point and the staff very welcoming and attentive.

They did a nice job with outdoor seating. Had the fish and chips (Bluegill), very happy with it, coleslaw was terrible though.

Good food and lots of it! The band created a fun vibe with lots of people dancing.
