The food was delicious - the Brussels sprouts were an absolute stand out!
I loved the concept of the bucket of bacon.
The whiskeys were delicious & the choice was mind blowing.
The venue was nice - cushions on the bench seats would be a great idea.

Always a delight dining at Old Faithful. The food is incredible as always and the changing tap selection always provides great tasting opportunities for new and exciting beers.
Management appears to have recently changed, and as such the menu has been trimmed down and refreshed. Some welcome new editions such as a bucket of bacon went down a treat, but missing favourites like the beans and 90c wings will be dearly missed.
Pour out one star for our missing homies - RIP the beans. Nonetheless, what remains will still blow you away.
We ve been looking for good American style bbq places & they ve got our attention quickly so went in to try on a Saturday lunch hour.
We ve tried their Smokey philly & Unfaithful Reuben.
Decent brisket sandwiches with good price & portion size if you visit during lunch hours (probably could cut down a bit on the bread thickness for the Reuben in our opinion).
They ve got good range of beers on tap as well but all of them are a bit on the pricey side that s the only downside for us.
However, would definitely be back to try their bbq platter next time.
The MVP platter gave a nice variety of the offerings here - Southern fried chicken, beef brisket, smoky lamb ribs and pulled pork were great but honestly the mac & cheese is even more of a stand out. Good beer prices during happy hour and a relaxed vibe. Would like to come back to try the burnt ends with lime sauce.
Drawn in by mouthwatering smells & wasn't let down! Will definitely be going back!
The pork ribs were simply the best - the charred and smoky flavour was so good, and the sauce was perfect. Also had the beef ribs and brisket with some Mac and cheese, but I'd say the pork ribs were my highlight!
Menu has gone down hill over the last few years. Still good. But used to be better
I have eaten here a few times and will come back again. A little disappointing you can't reserve a table, but they turn them around pretty quick. Food was good, good amounts and quality. Service was excellent...I gave 4 stars as we sat in an alley way I guess you describe it, it is undercover, you are on a slope, so always leaning, in a very narrow lane way type area, and you get a view of all plumbing pipes that are exposed... felt damp and pretty ordinary...if you are happy to sit an an after thought area all well and good, the main part of restaurant is much nicer, try to get in there...
Been here a few times over the years. When we first came a few years ago, this place was amazing but throughout, it has slowly dropped its customer service and flavour/quality in food. Hopefully they can bounce back again!
For the most part it was good, if you're looking for a good BBQ feed and a very good selection of drinks to help wash it down it's a good place to go.
Fremantle Old Faithful was the first place I went and it was amazing, this wasn't quite as good sorry.
