The simplest, quickest move-in with extremely helpful staff. Beautiful property and wonderful team!!!

My first day occupying the property the AC was broken, they quickly sent someone over to fix it. During my first week I noticed a number of issues, exposed cables etc. After calling over and over and not receiving a response I emailed higher up and they sent Chad out to the property. When I expressed my concerns to Chad his response was do you want to move out. Extremely unprofessional. From then on I only dealt with Katie. During my 3+ years at the property Katie was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Only downside was that maintenance repairs were slow.

I recently became a Realtor with Old Dominion and I have to say they are miles ahead of the competition. Being a local company versus a large chain has enabled them to really reach out to the local community. They are also very adept at equipping their agents with all the tools and resources needed to become great agents all around and provide our clients with the best knowledge of the market. Old Dominion is a great brokerage to work with!!

We recently worked with Renee Whitmore/Old Dominion Realty on a purchase of a home. She is such a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgable! It had been 20 years since our last purchase so we were very unfamiliar with the process of buying/selling. She was there to explain every detail and always very prompt in returning our calls.
