Your application has been recorded as a service service, you have been informed about the possibility of collecting travel costs together with an expert opinion (here: PLN 50) if the damage / will be classified as
"beyond the guarantee", otherwise they will not be collected, of course.
Service technicians came to you for reporting, and after seeing the situation, they found that the damage does not bear the defects hidden in the product or wrong assembly, only the external factor which at that time was freezing and the lack of appropriate protection of freezing the last door slat to the ground ( here: cobblestones). I will mention that, as you have said for 13 months, no problems with the gate have been noted.
Because my company approaches this kind of repairs in a reliable way, so a repair cost estimate was prepared, which assumed the exchange of individual elements for new ones, and not the utilization of damaged materials. Of course, you as the recipient of the valuation did not have to agree with it, nor use it, which happened. The employee priced the service and the material and gave this information to you, and did not repair it and put it before the so-called "a fait accompli" demanding payment. In this case, I dare say that you may have found this repair too expensive, no one has fooled you, and did not stretch, as you said.
However, your initial consent to the conditions of inspection and, possibly, covering the costs of travel in the event of damage not related to the guarantee, did not materialize and the PAN fooled me and my company not keeping the terms of our arrival agreement determined by telephone.
In summary, there will always be some freelancer, an employee of the company providing after-hour services or another family member who, without paying any taxes, without any labor costs and other costs of doing business, will do some work or service "out of costs".
However, it does not slander companies against their other market prices related to the various costs of their existence, and also does not call cheaters, only if they do not accept prices, do not buy or order goods or services.
In addition, when the gates have been operating without charge for a dozen or so months, it was difficult to write a reliable and true assessment of high quality products at a good price (which you know well), but in the absence of admitting that unfortunately you are under an obligation taking care of the product and removing snow from the area at the gate,
then HEJTOWSKI COMMENTS are easily written off.
