I feel cheated!!!!!! The company installed blinds for me, after 13 months something happened and fell down. You came "Serwisant" under the warranty, where they stated that it was an error of use and repair 800zl, after which as I refused, he wished me 50z for the ride, where he said on the phone that he came under the guarantee for free. A call-center technician from another company repaired it in 10 minutes without any additional parts, which turned out to be a mistake in the assembly and the door caught in the guides because the rollers were installed incorrectly, the plastic became hard from the cold and hooked on the guides which resulted in detaching the tabs from yourself (thankfully without damaging any of the tabs).
I believe that a "service technician" from the company Dark-Roll for which the owner of the company is responsible, because he employs him and sends him on his behalf, tries to pull people.
I do not recommend it, I will never take this company again, even under the guarantee, NEVER.
After reporting this situation to the owner, I was called by this "serviceman" to find out how much I paid to this other company because he saw the rolls were bent, it's a pity that he did not say that and that's the reason for this failure.
The company is worth attention. They don't knock the typical mask, so you can count on better quality products, and in the case of windows and doors, quality and safety are of course the most important issue.

Your application has been recorded as a service service, you have been informed about the possibility of collecting travel costs together with an expert opinion (here: PLN 50) if the damage / will be classified as
"beyond the guarantee", otherwise they will not be collected, of course.
Service technicians came to you for reporting, and after seeing the situation, they found that the damage does not bear the defects hidden in the product or wrong assembly, only the external factor which at that time was freezing and the lack of appropriate protection of freezing the last door slat to the ground ( here: cobblestones). I will mention that, as you have said for 13 months, no problems with the gate have been noted.
Because my company approaches this kind of repairs in a reliable way, so a repair cost estimate was prepared, which assumed the exchange of individual elements for new ones, and not the utilization of damaged materials. Of course, you as the recipient of the valuation did not have to agree with it, nor use it, which happened. The employee priced the service and the material and gave this information to you, and did not repair it and put it before the so-called "a fait accompli" demanding payment. In this case, I dare say that you may have found this repair too expensive, no one has fooled you, and did not stretch, as you said.
However, your initial consent to the conditions of inspection and, possibly, covering the costs of travel in the event of damage not related to the guarantee, did not materialize and the PAN fooled me and my company not keeping the terms of our arrival agreement determined by telephone.
In summary, there will always be some freelancer, an employee of the company providing after-hour services or another family member who, without paying any taxes, without any labor costs and other costs of doing business, will do some work or service "out of costs".
However, it does not slander companies against their other market prices related to the various costs of their existence, and also does not call cheaters, only if they do not accept prices, do not buy or order goods or services.

Mindlessness (a lock for the bathroom door puts on the outside after being drawn to attention, put on the bathroom door on both sides). Mounting foam scraps swept under the sofa and with my brush because the gentlemen do not have theirs. They try to convince every scratch that it is the customer's fault that you have to watch over every step so that they do not let go of the fluff. Assembly continues ....

And this is already after filing a complaint, breaking the already installed door frame and after reassembly. This should not come as a surprise, since you do not even use any struts when mounting. In addition, gentlemen sloppy, unprepared (you had to borrow them even a screwdriver, because they did not have their own). Assembly damage the door frames, pretending nothing happened. The cost of the measurements and valuation was to be deducted if you decided on a service - it did not happen. They claimed that it had already been deducted. regeneration

The company was a failure, they demanded money in advance for the replacement of the blinds, and said they would replace them next week, and so postponed from week to week, where finally after a month they wrote back that they did not have the color of the blinds and gave up the service. Bravo!

I do not recommend the company, replacement of broken hangers in the blind valued at 540 (!) PLN. The gentlemen from Adan blinds repaired the fault for PLN 150, and in addition it turned out that the hangers are fine and there is no need to replace them. I feel like I could just be cheated.
The rating is additionally lowered by the high price for arrival and checking the fault - PLN 100.
In response to a comment - I consulted the original hangers manufacturer - each piece costs PLN 25 net.
My opinion is dictated by the feeling that the service technicians wanted to stretch me for unnecessary (and in my opinion highly inflated) expense.
If the service offered by the competition proves to be of poor quality, I will agree and increase my rating.
