O.K. Vacuum & Janitor Supply Company is way more than okay! My wife and I bought a vacuum from them about a year and a half ago. The vacuum we bought was an excellent purchase and served us well. However, we decided an upright vacuum would better fit our needs. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rich. He was very welcoming, did not just try to sell us on a vacuum, he genuinely listened to our concerns, and immediately decided to work out a compromise with our previous purchase. He did not have to do this at all and could have just told us tough luck, like some other stores would. Instead he allowed us to trade in our previous purchase for an upright vacuum at a fantastic price! I definitely believe these guys have your best interest in mind and are not out to just make a buck. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LISTEN! Fantastic store!

Friendly, had the part I needed in stock, answered my call to the store, offered help installing the part I purchased free of charge if I had issues installing it.

Honesty, Integrity and know their stuff! So hard to find this in one place any more. Can't say enough great things about their service! Just the best!

Call me old school but I enjoy supporting small businesses in our community and one of the best small businesses around is OK Vac. TJ is a pleasure to work with and seems to really care about his customers. We bought our Riccar vac there back in 2003, and had to take it in for service recently. After getting 16 good years out of it I would have fully understood if TJ said it was time to move on from it, but instead he fixed it and got it up and running again. Literally just a couple of days later it suddenly just died (unrelated to the first problem) and I figured it was really time to let it go and purchase a new one. But again TJ fixed it -- actually while I was there in the shop. I enjoyed watching him diagnose the problem, but even more so just hanging out and talking with him while he worked on it. He didn't even charge me for any labor, just a minimal amount for a part. VERY good experience all the way around. Not sure how much longer our aging vac will hold up, but when that day comes we will buy our new one from OK Vac. Glad to see there are still businesses like this today.

I could not be more pleased with this company! They are very friendly the minute you walk in the door and bend over backwards to make sure you are completely satisfied!

No surprise they have 21 (now 22) review and a 5-star average. These guys are phenomenal. Took my vacuum here and figured it would cost more to repair than the cost of buying a new one. Turns out it was a very inexpensive fix and the vacuum is now humming again.

This store is AWESOME! Don't be put off by the name, they are open to the public and super friendly. They do repairs on all sorts of vacuums. It's amazing how helpful they are! I feel like a celebrity walking in there for even owning a Riccar vacuum. Plus their prices actually beat Amazon for bags. :) Definitely the only place I will purchase my vaccums and cleaning supplies from.

These guys are great. I brought my Miele vacuum in last year to get a belt fixed. 11 months later brought it in a again and explained that the vacuum isn t working as well as it used to. The issues were not related, but they still did a full tune up on it - no charge! Great dudes. Thanks OK Vacuum

As a professional Home cleaner, I was in a bind when my vacuum hose broke mid clean. They told me to bring it in and they would repair it right there on the spot! They repaired the hose in minutes and I was in business again! I ordered a new hose since the old one was clearly becoming less reliable and it came in within 5 days. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about their customers! I will be using them for all my future vacuum needs. Bigs thanks from one small business to another!!

The owner is very pleasant and hands on. I took my roller brush in because it stopped spinning. He cleaned it oiled it and told me see u later my friend u don't owe me anything. Even went as far as finding me one on the internet. This is mom and pop at it's finest. Im telling everyone I know.
