Despite the negative reviews, I've only had positive experiences at this service centre. The first time I took my laptop in they repaired it under warranty in around 4 days, no hassle. I just went back last week to get it repaired again (there's an issue with my models screen, not the service centres problem) and the guy I dealt with, Weiren, was friendly and helpful. They even provided me with a temporary laptop while mine is being repaired!

Totally worst service! 11days have passed since i submitted my notebook for repair. I am still waiting and waiting..totally non-professional service!

My notebook s LCD connector (probably) was literally burnt..smokes came out of the notebook which is ridiculous and threatening to user-safety.
Even after that, replacement for the LCD panel/connector is seemed to be more horrible. They dont have any stock for even some basic components. Keep waiting for weeks to acquire the part(s).

Never go for this brand! Instead go for dell or hp, which atleast provide some satisfactory service to the customers.
