Voila, it's been a month that I wait for a response; I sent them a letter with acknowledgment of receipt. if they don't answer me i'll go to court. because it's unbearable what they do. I'm not going to wait a year for information anyway. they no longer want to work. a band of wedges to block the integration of people.

Unable to contact a particular department after two calls and an average of 35 minutes of waiting time for each call. The service is centralized in Paris. I spent 40 minutes on the phone without having an interlocutor. How to do, if we live, in the south to 700 terminals of Paris, our administrative documents must be delivered by OFPRA and nobody answers our calls. For letters, I let imagine. It is pathetic!

OFPRA is wonderful government office in France they make sure best protection for all over the refugee. I am pleased for them service as a asylum seeker.

Why set up a phone number if no one is abilit to answer deplorable service

It s has been more than 6 months since I had applied my date of birth certificate but still I didn t get it so what to do ?if anyone knows about this kind of situation please help , how to track online latest updates?

To be paid free by the state with a deplorable, very long and short working hours avoid calling them. They seem to be agreeable and depressed. Flee ... go the way by internet it will cost them less energy and then less jobs for the state.

One less job = Economy for the state.

Just lamentable. It's a bit of the obstacle course. Do you want French papers? You declare? Do you have between 1h30 and 2h in front of you? The OFPRA welcomes you and especially forget the telephone reception!

I am aware that OFPRA staff must receive a lot of calls but after waiting 30 minutes and then 40 minutes and that on two occasions to see each time that no one answers us or else we are hung up on our face does not really give up. even for understanding people a very nice picture.
