This place is devoid of staff. I waited at the register forever for someone to come. Also purchased a chair at their kiosk online after I was told it wasn't in the store. Two hours later I get an emails saying the item is out of stock. I would have purchased a different chair but I had left the store hours ago. Worst experience. I will not purchase anything from staples again.

I went to staples today to print out something from the computer. It wasn't working. So I ask for help the lady behind the counter told me just a minute. She help everyone else plus people that came after me. I went to get someone else to help me, and a beautiful employer name Stephanie
came and try to help. She went and ask both ladies at the copy sation for help,and neither one ever came. I really don't like going there because the copy lady has no customer service . I shouldn't have to go to Delran if I live in Mt Holly. The one with the red hair is rude
Please save yourself a time and go use other organizations' services. Not only do the printers don't work, but you find out aboutit long after trying them, plus the associate (8/27/2018, 10:45am) doesn't care about the customers who came there for professional or business purposes, but she's also very rude. I'm not sure what kind of training Staples have them go through. WerWenot going to do any business with them any longer.
Speaking with my father about his horrible experience at Staples today makes me highly upset. My father was there to fax 31sheets,paid $54,was there for over 45min and NOT one person asked him if he was ok or needed help. Although employees assume customers know how to fax,what about the elderly?? My father explained he had a hard time seeing the small print and basically had his face on the fax. Still one employee stayed seated on her computer,two other cashiers offered no assistance. This was poor customer service for the amount of money spent.
2 customers in the store on a Saturday evening at 7pm and they refused to laminate 6 pieces of paper for me because I didn t call ahead. Sorry to inconvenience you!!! Would never use their services!! Why do you even have the copy area of you can t help people? Hope you fall like all the other stores in the shopping center!

A store needs to have personnel with good presence and disposition to greet and service its customers, especially if they want that customer continuous patronage, I will not be one of those customers. A young lady was the cashier and was very unprofessional in her demeanor waving gruffly for me to move forward to her check out station like it was annoying her. Where did they ever find her and why put her in the front of the store?!?!? Her attitude was definitely NOT appreciated at all

I agree with the girl below, this store is horrible. I know the girl she is talking about, with the red hair. She is rude. I called and was left on hold for so long. When they finally picked up, transferred me and left me on hold for a long time AGAIN! Go somewhere else if you can. DPI is great, also FEDEX is good in mt. laurel.
Great customer service! I was in there for less than 10 minutes to send a fax. I was greeted right away by a friendly face and was approached by a couple of different people asking if I needed any help. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to was so friendly and professional. This is definitely the best Staples I have ever been to!

Decent selection of office supplies. It can be a challenge finding knowledgeable workers in the place.
Never had a problem with this store or its staff.... I often mail stuff out and the woman that helps me is always very courteous and efficient. I have been approached by different salespeople who asked if I needed help. Never been in the restroom, but the rest of the store is immaculate.

The copy and print girl I believe her name was Allie was completely rude not customer friendly at all! From the moment she talked to us she was giving attitude. We were there trying to ship a package to the city hall. After sometime another associate came to help she was nice but wasn't fully trained. What was fine. We were there for 15 minutes or so before they told us we couldn't ship the package due to their store rule against certain documents after the allie girl pulled the girl helping to the side and discussed with her what was wrong with our package. When the allie girl told us this she did not say sorry. She just looked annoyed. Just so you are aware Copy and Print is one of the most important jobs that require a very customer friendly interaction. If I was there to get posters or prints she would have lost my business from the first two minutes. Its truly a shame that someone with such attitude works in this position.
Ive been shopping at this Staples for well over 5 yrs. I've always have had a great experience every time I shopped here. The manager is wonderful and right on top of things. ty for the great service!!

Used the self-serve copy machines. Pretty self explanatory. If you use Staples print to email service it can be a little complicated. But overall the staff was busy helping customers and the store was neat and clean.
Very nice people. It's a one stop shop. Laminated my cards, picked up dish soap etc, off home I was. Definitely go you can do a lot of things at Staples

Salesperson very helpful with purchase we were making. Wish front and back of aisles labeled along with what is there in each aisle. Also receipt was emailed but just bar code showed, no list of purchases.
Completely disgusting store. Worst Staples I have ever been to. Went in to get a few copies and it took 20 minutes to print 5 resumes. Not only was I ignored by a rather slow moving large women, she also rolled her eyes and sent me to the self-serve machine. She didn't bother to ask what kind of prints I wanted. After I told her that I wanted resumes printed, she said it would take a few minutes to sign me up, so it may take a while to print. I mentioned I have already been in, and that my information should already be inputed. She again rolled her eyes and sighed. Being the only person in the store, this was a ridiculous wait. The bathrooms were also absolutely filthy! I've seen deserted gas stations in better conditions. Been in three times hoping the customer service would improve and it has not. I would rather drive further than go there again.

If your looking for a place to waste time then this is your place other than that they do have some comfortable computer chairs to be honest

Purchase of a laptop computer wad convoluted. The one on display that I wanted they no longer stock. When I called about data transfer, the tech on duty was surly. When I picked it up he was unpleasant. Sales people were both wonderful. Now they're looking for my power supply cables someone misplaced
$20 **** dollars for 6 feet of usb 2.0 cable. No 3.0 extension cables.

Associate was very nice and we found what we needed. But be careful, the associate did try to get us to sign up for the credit card without telling us it was a credit card! Only said he was going to sign us up for the "More Account" to get us $25 off our purchase. Husband had to ask twice what the more account was before he said it was a credit account to which we said no thanks. I know employees have goals they have to hit with credit applications and protection plans but don't be sneaky about it
