Speaking with my father about his horrible experie...

Speaking with my father about his horrible experience at Staples today makes me highly upset. My father was there to fax 31sheets,paid $54,was there for over 45min and NOT one person asked him if he was ok or needed help. Although employees assume customers know how to fax,what about the elderly?? My father explained he had a hard time seeing the small print and basically had his face on the fax. Still one employee stayed seated on her computer,two other cashiers offered no assistance. This was poor customer service for the amount of money spent.
