He explained the opening hours of the Champagne Maison and the time of the tour carefully and helped. Thanks to that, I was able to participate in many champagne maison tours! There is also a small souvenir shop in the information center where you can purchase champagne-related goods such as glasses and coolers.

Very nice place to welcome visitors. Good information received even in our case since we are motorhome campers. Access code received for (unfortunately) the only place provided in Reims for our place of accommodation in the city. 7 places provided for ccar in a cramped place and whose places are often taken by cars! Little possibility of maneuvers. Too bad for the city of Reims which in this way does not present itself as welcoming to each visitor. Please do something ..

Located close to the TGV station of Reims, one of the most historically rich cities in France, located in the Champagne region. Friendly and fast service. All the information provided was useful when visiting the city mentioned above. I strongly recommend that the visitor passing through Reims visit the Office de Tourisme to make the most of their experience in that city.

There is a souvenir shop, plenty of flyers and games for kids.

The staff is nice but without them difficult to have the desired information the leaflets are not all available

Payed for a ENGLISH tour of the cathedral, but stood there like idiots when the tour started and waited for him to switch over to English, but never die. And then they said that he asked if everyone can understand French, but how does he expect us to answer if he asks the question in French.

Probably the worst tourist information office in the north of France. Absolutely not interested in their job by pointing you to a guidebook, a leaflet, or offering any information which could be of interest. However, it all becomes very clear when you leave the office only to find yourself in a gift shop!

BTW - I'm the only English speaker in a large French family. We asked all the info (naturally) in French. Maybe I should have asked in English, we might have had a better reception?

You can find all the information you need to have a good stay in Reims and the surrounding area. The setting is really nice, combining modernity and Reims prestige. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The activities they offer (tours of the cathedral towers, gastronomic tours, etc.) are of good quality and affordable and can be of great interest even for people from Reims.

Typical tourisme office - nothing really fancy. The service is quite OK, people working there are well informed on the surroundings.

We spent a 3 day week in Reims and the tourist office was very helpful with us and gave great advice. They take time with clients and educate them properly. Thank you we had a pleasant stay.

We were greeted by a welcoming young man who gave us only good ideas for discovering Reims during a weekend. We had a great time doing the "champagne wine tour", I recommend to all this bus tour which makes us discover the champagne houses by finishing the ride with a small producer passionate about his profession.

The Smile of Reims is not only a mythical statue on the cathedral of Reims, you will find it also on the faces of the staff of the tourist office! Good memory of the time when I arrived in Reims!

A beautiful, clean, well organized and modern tourist office with an efficient and friendly staff that gives you everything you need. Do not hesitate to go if you are lacking inspiration (or not) you will find your happiness!

Staff at tourist office very helpful, and they were very positive about the champagne tour. However the tour was hopeless, the audio guides didn't work, the driver was friendly but didn't speak any English, so we drove around region within getting any information. The winery tour was informative but the wine maker's English was limited. Fortunately the tastings were very nice. The tour didn't meet our expectations.
