Really lousy service where the customer is even lied to in chat. I ordered a laptop for my mom on Sun 15.12 and chose priority delivery. It is Wed 18.12 and the package will (perhaps) go live today, even though the web page all the time claimed delivery time of 2-3 business days. At no time during the order was it stated that shipment would only take about 3 business days. Scam no. 1 Tue 17.12 I contacted by chat and an employee claimed that the package was on the move and arrives on 19.12. However, on the morning of December 18, I received an email telling me that it was going to go live on December 18. I called customer service and I'm really not happy with the service. No guarantee that the package would arrive for Christmas in the Kainuu wilderness, I offered to get the same Sat 21.12 from Kajaani Gigant, for the same price, of course, but of course it could not (at least the same price, or could be stored there for more than 2 days). And besides, the chat client has lied to the system that he would have told me that the package was coming out on 19.12, even though he said it would arrive on 19.12 (and I can prove this). How is such a "service" generally possible? Hopefully Amazon will expand fully to Finland and soon, because in my country of residence I use it and the service is giant compared to another planet!
Really poor performance for the kitchen. I don't recommend it to anyone. Late were doors, levels, and appliances. The wall mountings of the cabinets are a bit questionable and the drying cabinet lousy. Customer service poor.
