Great reliable security guards thank you for taking the time to help me find my phone and returning back to me.

I wish I had scheduled this service for additional days.
When they were on duty there were no events and it was all quiet and secure.
When they we not scheduled to be on duty break-ins occurred.

ODD has been extremely professional and effective in assisting our business with safety and crime prevention. Officers are always uniformed and presentable and have personalities and attitudes of friendliness and professionalism.

Our company, Conrad Realty Co. hired security from Off Duty officers during a period when we had one of our buildings tented and fumigated for termites. The security person from ODO was responsive, and we were satisfied with the service.

Excellent service. Professional staff. Arrived on time. Definitely would hire them again. .

Do not do business with this company, they are the opposite of professional. Two of their guards blockes off the sidewalk (illegal) and attacked people who tried to walk down the street with mace.

What's even worse, instead of dealing with the issue at hand and talking to concerned parties, ODO had ghosted folks. I called several times and received no response. Now when I call, I only receive a busy signal.They have also blocked the people who were attacked on all social media platforms. This company has zero integrity!!!

Pretty sure they shouldn't have folks impersonating police officers either.... the name is deceiving.

We have worked with Off Duty Officers for the past 3 possibly 4 years! We organize a large Art and Wine Festival as a Fund Raiser once a year. Off Duty Officers have been our go to company for the Security that is needed. They have dedicated employees that show up on time and are dedicated to doing a good job and are pleasant to work.
Their staff make preparing the proposal and paying the invoice very easy so there is no stressing.
I would highly recommend Off Duty Officers if you are looking for a Security Company !

Terrible experience with this company!!!!! I completed the contract spoke with the same person on 2 occasions and then she just left the office and never processed my contract. No security showed up and they didn't seem to care. I even followed up after sending the contract electronically to make sure everything was in order. When the off duty officer was not there 5 minutes after my requested time I called and they said we messed up no one is coming. Terribly unprofessional If I could give 0 stars or a negative that would be more fitting.
