From start to finish and every step of the way there was always contact

ALL MY LIFE IN THIS MOTOR TRADE I HAVE ENDEVOURED TO TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY AND HONOURABLY AND ADMIT IF I AM WRONG, THAT IS CERTAINLY OUT OF THE QUESTION WITH THIS COMPANY,
OBVIOUSLY AFTER SPENDING IN EXCESS OF 20K ON A HOFMANN MEGAPLAN FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT SYSTEM TO TAKE OUR BUISNESS FORWARD, WE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED TO BE ALIGNING CARS FROM DAY ONE AND PROBABLY EARNING SOME WELL DESERVED MONEY BUT DUE TO FAULTY FITTING, INCOMPATABLE SYSTEM AND SLOW SERVICE, 30 DAYS LATER WE STILL HAD NOT EARNED ONE PENCE FROM THIS SYSTEM,
FORTUNATELY HOFMANN MEGAPLAN REMOVED EQUIPMENT AND REFUNDED OUR MONEY ONLY TO REFUSE ADEQUATE COMPENSATION AND BLAME US FOR THEIR INADEQUISIS,
THIS HAS CAUSED TREMENDOUS DAMAGE TO OUR BUSINESS ALONG WITH A LOT OF STRESS FOR REASONS KNOWN ONLY TO HOFMANN MEGAPLAN, WE ARE OBVIOUSLY IN THE WRONG, CULPABLE OF SOMETHING OR ANOTHER I HAVE COME OUT OF THIS MENTALLY DRAINED, SO PLEASE BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY AND AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DREAMS TO TURN INTO A LONG NIGHTMARE,
FORTUNATELY FOR ME I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HOLD ON TO MY PRINCIPLES OF RESPECT, VALUE AND TRUST OF MY CUSTOMERS, SOMETHING THAT THIS COMPANY MIGHT LEARN FROM

Incredibly bad service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very very Bad Customer service.Purchased Mobile Tyre Equipment Hoffmann megaplan.
When Things go wrong and Engineer is Suppose to Arrive on the Day they don't even Call you in Advance and just turn up.When called office they told me Engineer will not be there for a Few Hours,I went to a Breakdown and guess what Engineer turns up.

They told me he cannot wait and will have Re-scheldule me in Again.
Waited 2 weeks for this Appointment!!Absolutely No Understanding at all.

One of their "Garage equipment specialist" came to our site to offer their services. Although I am the Aftersales manager he didn't wish to speak with me because I am female, Would not buy anything from this company.

What a fantastic service. A spring on the pedal mechanism broke on our tyre changing machine. I contacted Hoffman Megaplan and they emailed a parts diagram. I picked out the part needed and asked for it to be sent as quick as possible. It was here next day at 9.00am. Where can you get a better service than that. At 9.30 we were back in business. Thank you Hoffman Megaplan.

Second machine I ve bought now for my second tyre fitting van

Drove down both times from Wakefield to collect.. the service is brilliant both times the lads at the farm units we very helpful and friendly loaded the machine and asked if I needed anything else they gave me a demo on a balancer absolutely quality tyre fitting equipment I will not buy from anywhere but Hoffman
