A shoe was located at a sign that displayed $64 sale, along with 2 of it's same kind. When I questioned the price that rung up$74, the young lady on the sales floor moved the shoe to the right place, literally as I was standing there in my face. She told me that she could not honor the price because it was in the wrong place. As a customer, I don't find that to be my error. I asked to speak with the manager, Matt. Matt said that shoes get mixed up throughout the store but he could not honor the price displayed before it was moved to the correct place. As store professionals, I found this to be totally unacceptable. When I spoke to him I was not seeking a price adjustment but merely letting him know about the situation. All in all, the cashier was very pleasant.

Would be nice if they had more than one cashier. One of those places that s takes more time to check out than it does to shop.

I was here last Saturday and they had a large variety of shoes for women. I was quite surprised. And the prices are great! I got a pair of spring booties originally 104.00 for 59.99. The staff was also very friendly and came to check on me often to see how I was doing no matter how busy it got. It is also easy to get in and get out. I only stood in line for less than a minute. I can't wait to come back and shop for more shoes!

Ok, there wasn't many good sales. Prices are somewhat steep

Literally Hundreds of shoes to choose from. I suggest check the clearance section before you shop. I've gotten great deals in the clearance section. The prices are good and sometimes great. I'm not a big shoes shopper, but I was stick my head in the store for a second because their deals constantly change.

So, bait a d switch on buy one get one at lesser value at 50% off. The told me I had to get sandals that cost more than $55 in order for the deal to apply. Manager said it was because the sandals had been to cheap. Bait a d switch. No signage stating the sale only applies to certain shoes.

Huge selection of shoes, reasonable prices, something for everyone.

Great selection on trendy shoes for any occasion. The sale buy one get one 50% off is great but when you only need one pair it would be nice to have a discount...kinda make me feel I am not getting a deal unless I buy I second pair. I get that's the marketing concept but as a consumer...well I needed one pair and still honestly wanted a discount. Thank you.

Staff is very helpful, store is clean, and they always have great sales.

Something for everyone. The store is clean and had a friendly staff to great you. This store offers a large selection of varieties of shoe types for men, women and children. The shoes are in general on the expensive side even when on sale or clearance. However, this is definitely a place to look when you need a lot of options. Located in the mall across from Rainforest Cafe.

Oh my I just live this store! They have all the shoes I need for each day! I got my Church shoes, Tennis shoes, Summer sandals, and my Daughter the same. We was in there about a hour trying on all those beautiful shoes because they have so so many to choose from! I will return on my next payday.

Yeah - they have a ton of shoes, but I really worry about the quality of them. I shopped the clearance section to see if I could find some nice shoes on sale and unfortunately didn t find anything. You win some you lose some I guess!

But the store was amazingly clean and organized for how long it is and how many customers were there!

They have more shoes in here than McDonalds have Burgers lol!!

My cashier was SO sweet and such a peoples person! Beautiful personality! So nice to feel that sort of reception when you're having a rough day.

They have a good selection of shoes there, but some seem to be fake. Tried out some Tims and they were uncomfortable. I tried out multiple pairs and all felt the same. 2/5 won't buy from there again

Terrible experience with online purchase & in-store pickup. Our order wasn t completed even though online it said everything was available, and it took 45 minutes in store and then another 45 minutes on the phone with customer service just to set up a pair of shoes to ship to our home. Unorganized and unprofessional.

Humongous selection of shoes! Super great deals and plenty of shoes to be found in the discount section. You can definitely find what you're looking for here.

They had a huge selection. The store was clean and organized so you could find sizes with ease. They had tons of flip flops and that made me a happy man.
