Helped me with a divorce case. Ignored me when I said my concerns with a bipolar spouse and safety for our child. I wrote down everything he said in our final phone call. "You can call anytime. NO fee. There WILL be questions." Not even a year later, he won't be bothered to clarify anything; his secretary referred me to a new lawyer. That is poor client service.

they took care of a Law suite and by the time the settlement was done they got more then half the amount. I got way less money back because most of it went to them. and they don't tell you until you pick up your check, and to get your check you have to sign the papers the way they want you to. My settlement was for 1,894.19 I only got $759.20 From it and they took the rest, they get more then you

Went to rehire for another custody battle which was the game plan after the first time I hired them. Daughter was in need of immediate help yet their office even refused me a 10 minute phone call I was willing to pay for because he is refusing to take any more cases. I understand wanting to get out of family law it is messy however he took my money in good faith I would assume he would be able to give me at least 10 mins. of his time to review my past case and talk give me options on who to refer me to. Along side all this his front office is quoted saying " we will pass along the file but we will not be talking with whomever you choose" than hung up the phone on me.
