Been going to Ochoa for over a decade. NEVER had a bad experience. Got my hair cut for my wedding there. Brought my siblings and brother in law there to get cuts for their weddings too. They never disappoint no matter who you see.

Jenna marra is always perfect. She knows what cut and color is most flattering for my lifestyle. Always a job well done!

I recently went to Ochoa as part of a bridal party, for an up-do -- and Krystal did an AMAZING job! Normally, I hate up-dos (especially for a wedding... #hairspray4dayz), but Krystal gave me a super natural, loose look that I absolutely loved (AND it lasted all night). I got so many compliments, and would love for her to do my up-dos for every wedding I'm in! Plus, their team of stylists and management are all professional, friendly, and accommodating. Not to mention they have a beautiful salon! Thanks again for a wonderful day.

I don t have enough good things to say about Ochoa, and especially stylist Jenna M. I ve been going to Ochoa for over a decade, and there isn t anyone else I d trust with my hair!! Whether it s styling, coloring, or cutting; they can do it all, and they do it all WELL.

Jenna M has been with me through every hair stage I ve ventured through, and somehow kept my hair healthy the whole way!! Can t recommend her or Ochoa enough!

I have to laugh when I see people posting on here that the prices are transparent. I went to Ochoa expecting to pay for my balayage coloring around $106. I left Ochoa paying close to $300 frankly $294 to be exact. I could barely believe it when the woman said that price. And to add insult to injury the stylist was unable to perform the color that I was looking to get done. Frankly this was a GIANT waste of money. I will not be returning and will be turning all of my friends to different upfront salons. What an absolute waste of a space. If i could this would be zero stars.

I have a great stylist. We have a really comfortable relationship, and she is so talented and knowledgeable on all aspects of her craft. I look forward to seeing her and trust her completely. The newly implemented process for keeping us all safe was also very comfortable. I never felt at risk .

The best place to get a haircut in Western MA without needing to drive to Boston or NYC. TJ is who I usually see and always does a fantastic job and always great conversation to go along with your visit. Cannot recommend this place more.

Worst customer service, awful stylists, everyone has attitude. Disrespectful staff, I would never go there again. No one cares for staff needs. Dont waste your money. Next time will file grievance with BBB
