Bouncers tried starting a fight with my friend for no reason so won t be going there again

The worst! Bouncers are very rude and tried to legit rob me!

worst experience i ever had in a night club. i slipped on the wet floor (which was full of drinks) and didnt get any help.nurses from pryzm's medical service were really mean and were laughing on me when i said that i broke my arm, they didnt give me any painkillers and said me to get a taxi to the hospital instead of calling an ambulance. i end up in hospital with broken arm and have an operation tomorrow. i am trying to contact manager since Friday morning so it s been almost two weeks but still didnt get any call or email back. attitude is just awful!!!!!

Great night out different events on all the time no two nights out are the same. Great variety of music to suit everyone. Cheap drinks.

Pretty much impossible to visit this establishment without being groped. Men and women alike.

The bar stuff was alright. Music on Retro floor was good. SECURITY - do not know how to deal with trouble making person without being rude to others. I've been passing by 4 of bouncers who were trying to get one guy off the building, I've stopped on the side to give them way, but one of them shouted at me to move off downstairs. I wasn't causing the trouble, I went to the club, had fun in proper manner and just wanted to go home. No shouting was needed! Security stuff need some manners lessons, I've been cooperating on the entry and respecting the fact thats their job, but I wish they could understand not all of us are just bunch of drunk knobheads and speak to us with bit of respect.

Horrible customer service, staff makes you feel unsafe or regret spending money there.

Poor service got floored by the bouncer for no reason, what ended up with my wallet being stolen and my card was being used in the club on the same night, haven t heard anything off them about it. Do not recommend going.

Pryzm is an immense club with a huge amount of space. While you'll always be up close and personal with other dancers on the dance floor, the bars and hallways have enough open areas to actually let you walk around.

The drinks aren't too expensive - not cheap by any stretch but not unreasonable. Security was comprehensive but not too slow.

The rooms have amazing pruduction values: light up dance floors, arrays of mirrors hanging from the ceiling to reflect laser lights, a constant haze of smoke, confetti blasts, and more.

The actual music has plenty of recognizable tracks to get everyone involved with dancing.

Entry was 10 pounds per person at the time I arrived, about as much as I'd be willing to pay to get into a club.

Docked a single star for the sheer stickiness of some of the dance floors, but it's understandably difficult to keep that from happening with so many people.

Went here for my 18th in August. Was very nervous as it was my first night out in a club. The security at the door weren't very nice at all. Quite rude and they were expecting me to know how their security checks work. Felt like an idiot.

However, once I got in, I had a brilliant night! Great music, large spaces so it doesn't get too claustrophobic and decent priced drinks.

Defiantly come here for a decent night out with friends, just be aware that the bouncers and staff at the door will more than likely be visioucs and pushy.

Better than most London clubs in my opinion. I loved that there were hair straighteners in the bathrooms! And the one bouncer I spoke to was so lovely to me. The queue looked quite long but went really quickly, and I liked all the different styles of music in each room. Would definitely go again :)

Only the best night club in Birmingham and the reason why I come for a night out here! Amazing variety of music and when you get tired of one genre, you can move to another room to hear a different one! Toilets are well maintained also and clean! As I ve been to other Przyms before and it s been the opposite! Cheap entry as well, especially if you book in advance! Drinks prices varies every time I come, depends on the event!

Expensive drinks compared to other clubs in the area but otherwise it s a great club with a great atmosphere and very friendly security

Nice to know there is high security. Many rooms to explore for music. Difficult to get a drink during peak time.

I can't remember much of the night I went there but I think it was alright. Music could be better.

More security than Fort Knox! Toilets were damaged and the entire floor literally got flooded with urine whilst people were using it simultaneously. If you enjoy loud, dirty and extremely commercial places... this is for you!

Like trying to enter a prison when you arrive. Music wasn't all that great and there were no good drinks deals.

In 2010, I got punched in the stomach by a bouncer and the shocking way this common folk dealt with this was to send an email -- barely a day after my complaint -- saying that they had reviewed all the CCTV and that they could not find the incident they could describe. They didn't speak to the person -- despite me giving a description and they ignored the follow up email where I mentioned they had not done enough..

I would recommend nobody to book a table at Pryzm. I paid for a table with four ciroc bottles on what was supposed to be a grand celebration but after my friends picked me up (which lasted no longer than 4 seconds) we were escorted out of More

This place is so busy! I nearly got lost in the smoking area from all the smoke! add more help please!!! less grime to please!! Think of the classical Mozart fans!!

We went to Pryzm on 26th for Halloween and I passed out in the toilet as I had too much to drink! The medic group took me to a room downstairs until I feel better and honestly I have never seen this service before in any night clubs. Normally they would just kick you out but they were so nice and helpful. I don t know their names but I called them Medic I and Medic G, thank you for looking after me. Thanks Pryzm group for taking care of young people like me, and not leaving me out in cold when I didn t feel good enough to get home.

Disgusting!! Treated like dirt on the door by the staff as hey had no time for anyone and we had paid 300 for VIP! We then got in and my friend got beaten up by the bouncers causing him to have a broken nose and this was for no reason! I would no go back to this place if you paid me!!

I had a booth here two weeks ago I think the service is poor had to go to the bar to pay for another bottle then had to wait 40 minutes for it to arrive ask for the manager after 30 minutes I found him instead of him coming to see if every thing was ok then tired to tell that every club you have to go to the bar to pay for extra bottles which is not true because I get booths all the time in Birmingham and this is the only time u had to go to the bar only reason I'm giving it 2 star not 0 is beacsue the music was not bad and didn't see any trouble which is always a good thing on a night out

True, it'll never be as good as Gatecrasher was back in the day and I for one will miss them. That said, we tried pryzm for the first time last weekend and it was 3am before I looked at my watch and felt the need for the munchy cravings to be sated. Massive, friendly crowd, decent prices, enthusiastic security staff that were inconspicuous 99% of the time and some cracking tunes made this a top night. We're on the wrong side of 40 but we'll be back. Cheers!

Pakistani security guards all gang up on you, accuse you of doing stuff you haven't done, and try to intimidate you by staring you down.

Not a night club person but visited this place as it was being used for a boxing venue. For early evening the customers were obviously there for the sport. Good venue with good views for boxing enthusiasts. Drinks very expensive.

Want to say thankyou to the 2 medic staff who looked after my son out for his 18th. Both went above and beyond . Thank you

One of the best night spots around for the hardcore raver.

Security number 20 swearing at people for entering and not standing where she wants to. Leaves a sour taste before I even experience what I came for

Probably the only good club in Birmingham. 70% chance of bumping into someone and them subsequently wanting to fight you. Really packed floors, overpriced drinks. Bounces are aggressive for no reqson. But its probably the best club in the city

My friend preferred when it was Gatecrasher. Not worth the entry fee to wait for ages to be served and then deal with all the Afro in between.

The show there is the best - good music, large dance space, young people. The bartenders are also cool.

Biggest club around, with some impressive DJs, especially on Friday nights

The building and concept is great! Love that it's got so many different genres, but it's too commercial for me and the house room wasn't playing house music. I found all the staff very rude to be honest. The bar staff were ignorant, the door staff were a bit aggressive and other members of staff I came across throughout the night just had a general attitude, didn't seem like they enjoy their jobs. It was an experience but I definitely won't be going back.

All the Pakistan Security men are bully s they gang up on you for no reason if your with a women.

When this place was gatecrasher it was always dress to impress or else no entry. PRYZM have definitely relaxed those rules as girls can get in wearing jeans and trainers. The crowd is also much younger with the majority being 18-21. The atmosphere is always friendly and the club gets full every weekend. Unlike its predecessors, PRYZM's door and bar staff are polite and respectful.

I have been to this place a couple of times now, it is one of the best clubs in Birmingham, the venue is enormous, there is four area with different genre of music, the price of drinks are reasonable. The security is great here because it goes through 3 checks before letting you enter the premises.

Not usually a clubbing fan but this is a fantastic place. The airport-style security was quite daunting but once inside, it seemed like a great atmosphere. We loved the nostalgic/cheesy tunes room ;)

Security was terrible, one of them barged us out of the way and spilt my friends drink all over him and later on in the night people were throwing glass cups at us and security did nothing.

We had such a fantastic night celebrating my sister's hen party! We had VIP entry, and the cost was definitely worth it.
We all had a great time, and the different rooms meant we all could enjoy music we enjoyed. Honestly, we spent most of the night in the Vinyl Room as we wanted a fun night, but the other rooms were equally as good.

It does seem the vinyl room was the most popular (maybe cheesy pop will never stop being a secret love), and it did feel crowded at some points in the night. But having a VIP booth meant we could retreat there and continue to enjoy the music.

Place is a bully boy place. Security guards do not look after their customers and will fight them. This is a place to avoid. Many people have written bad reviews about the security. A place to avoid.

Amazing vibes good music, cheap drinks. Only problem is the security, where on certain occasions they make up lies just to eject you from the premises.
Pryzm should take due care in assuring that their staff are educated and not mindless yobs.

I never forget the door staff tell the club manager about me his come up to me can't let single clubbers in I'm very disappointed i unable to come to pryzm club I send the Facebook page message to customers service about the door staff and club manager there refused to let me in then the customer service have apologise to me in the end they say next time bring your friends at pryzm we you put you and your friend on the guest list for free i tell them we will snubbed from coming to pryzm club in the near future

Most rooms closed. Said there was going to be 2000 people and there was 50-100 max. Can t believe they charged so much for a dead club
