The golf course is in very good shape. Very slow play this Sunday as the course was way overbooked.

Great course for winter golf, 4 hrs.or less. Comfort round to score in adverse conditions.

The course is fun but when I went the greens were extemely well kept! Not a difficult course but would definitely go back. The pro shop staff and grounds crew were great!

The course over the years the course has become second to none as far as public play. And the price for 18 holes is very nice. The greens are fair and offer a great learning experience as how to read them. Ocean view golf outstanding.

They run a tight ship. Show up 2 mins and 30 seconds late and hell may be brought upon you. Other than that the course is in great shape for a late November round. Oh, and Bruce, put that cart return sign somewhere around eye level and not 20 feet in the air and people might know where to return carts.

Greens were terrible but the rest of the course was in pretty good shape. I guess you get what you pay for! Overall not bad.

Course in pretty decent condition. Came early thinking course would still be a little damp,nope it was bone dry. It needed to be watered more, even hitting from the fairway was like hitting off really hard dirt. Great layout though.

Had an enjoyable round following very iffy WX before our start. Understand the cart path only call considering the WX, but the fairways could have taken carts 90 degrees except par 3s. Also, drinking water stations would be a big plus factor & earned a 5.

Greens need to be cut and course was very dry, spotty fairways. Overall, a fun course to play!

I live across the street from this pasture but still play it from time to time when I can get a severe discount online. Tee to green is nothing to talk about. Fairways are hard and grass is spotty. Greens are very good having subtle brakes and as fast as some courses I ve played in Scottsdale.
More often than not, I will travel further and pay more to play somewhere else because it just takes too long to play at this unsupervised golf course. There is no regulating the pace of play. The starter just keeps pushing as many players on the first tee as possible. That ensures the course is stuffed for the whole day.
If you are a beginner or don t mind a six hour round of golf, this is the place for you. It is cheap for a reason.
Be aware that this establishment allows groups of five or more. Just last week, a foursome I was in had two fivesomes in front of us. It was so slow that our group with a player who had never played golf before was waiting at each tee box. It took almost 4 hours to play the front nine. The back nine played much faster with many of the groups in front of us leaving.
Story here is, if you don t have all day or you are planning to do something else later in the day go elsewhere, your time is worth something too.

Love the course .. Sux the membership went from $300 for 3 yrs to $400 for 2 yrs.. but one of my favorite courses.

Turned out to be a very pleasant golf course. Fairly good looking fairways. Greens were a little inconsistently fast and slow. Prices were affordable.
