I am very disappointed in ocean ive been waiting 10 months for repairs. Still no further forward. I understand that it difficult with the virus , but at least have the decency to keep me in the loop.
Have not had heating for a week dont no whens gonna be fixed , havnt got a date of when electrictian is going to come, in the meantime i have a small heater thats costing a bomb, no compensation for that, me and my 2 year old just sitting hear freezing cold waiting, not happy, cant even bath my child as cant put heater in bathroom plz hurry and fix this not happy at all
Omg the worst ppl to get a home from haven't been todo ANYTHING for me and I live on the second floor flat with a baby and a 3 year old and they mine I have a pram down stairs OUT THE WAY
Awful .my mum had major brain surgery in 20014 .dads her full time carer .. Still waiting for outside step to be done .as mum can't lift her leg over step .and the hose isn't fit to live in .its damp has mould on walls .cant fit wheel chair past door ways .and has no heating .cant make the stairs .best bit is thay asked for a bungalow and was told thay could bid for bedsit . This is disgusting..mum and dad won't to move back to liskeard area to be near me the daughter . So I haven't got to travel 30 odd miles and I can help dad more with mum ..im gonna write to mp and get the news papers to hear my story ..my mum is ill and is not going to get any better , she had total 7 brain tumours . Had to big ones removed . But still has 5 still. Her mobility is poor .and is only 62 years old .and council .dont wonna no . Just awful .

Have always been easy to deal with when I contacted them.
Nasty! slow to repair and when they do it is a poor job done by rude staff! Customer service today was shocking!
So helpful and usually sort most problems for you before you leave...
The bad thing is when you need to talk with someone on the phone about problem and that person is never available. When you leave the message you waithing years to someone call you back.
awful you live in a place where the paint peels off the walls every 3 months and say its because you breath liers!!!
Complete waste of time trying to contact them. Will only do anything if it makes them look good otherwise you could be waiting a very long time.
Repairs department is atrocious. Been here a year, had numerous visits to look at problems I reported (1 of which being when I moved in) and still not been fixed. Never known a housing association like it. Only gave them 2 stars as the rest of my dealings with other departments have been great.
