Shady used car salesman style recruiting tactics. Lazy recruiters like Jaspreet who get you to sign an offer letter. Tell you please call them anytime ( bull) however cant even notify you when the job falls through like a spineless coward( because it will, if they appear unprofessional to you just image how they come across to the clients). Dont expect transperancy these people do not have there stuff together. Used car salesmen and 3 card monty dealers. Dont waste your time.

We have successfully worked with OBXtek since 2012 and they are a great partner to work with. Their management is outstanding and they have been a great subcontractor and prime contractor with us over the last 8 years. I couldn't ask for more in a partner!

Recruiters need to not be lazy and need to take time to look at candidate profiles before sending an entry level job to someone whos worked in the industry for 7+ years. It comes off as a lazy with a lack of attention to detail.

I appreciate that Obxtek has provided me with opportunities to learn new skills and receive training to expand my role. I find the colleagues I work with to be very bright, motivated and collaborative which makes for a great work environment.
