When we arrived, the nurse came to us and was super friendly.The wait is normal!!!!!!
The young doctor took a lot of time, explained everything in detail and calm the little one down and gave her a lot of patience.
People need to step down a little, they're just humans, not superheros.
A big Thanks to the ENT staff (Ear-Nose-Throat) for the great work, I hope we never see us again, but it calms me to know a save place to go ! thanks form the bottom of my heart! !

One of the worst experiences of my life! I went with a group of scouts to Croatia and one had hurts himself. When we got there the staff at the reception were on their phones and made little eye contact. They explained very little to us despite us hearing them speaking English to other tourists. We were asked to pay a fee for participation. When we challenge them and simply asked asked what it meant, they were very rude again. We then were told an ambulance would come and collect us which was very confusing! After an hour, we were still in the waiting room and so I went to the front desk. She said 'why are you waiting' I said because you told us to. She said I should listen when people speak to you. I explained no one had told us to go anywhere and she argued back and said they did. Some of the rudest people I have ever come across! To top it off a local in the waiting area laid into me at one point to say how there youth of Britain ruin everything and that one Croatia people don't talk much so essentially I should shut up and not play eye spy to cheer my scout up! Charming people...

This place can not be called a hospital. Going to this place will make you sicker than you already are. If you have a chance: drive to zagreb or triest!!! People are unfriendly and hygiene is terrible. It s an absolute disgrace. We spent 48 hours here with our 1,5 year old son and they were the worst hours ever.

Worst hospital I have ever seen in my life! Came to the gynecology department with bleeding in early stage of pregnancy and the nurse told me that I probably have a period. Doctor told me its a missed miscarriage and offered me abortion pills. I refused. When I came back home, ultrasound has shown I have a healthy pregnancy. Please don't do any decisions there and wait until you get back home, if you are just visiting.
Not to mention that reception staff is never where they're supposed to be, people smoking right in front of the door and the poor state of the toilets or whatever that was is just a cherry on the cake.

Poor, filthy, bad political management, unfriendly, bad organization, construction is standing

The nurse rude and told us to wait on the wrong doors, in the meantime she let other people go to the right one and we had to wait two hours although we were first. Everything is filthy and I will never forget when my grandfather said that he would rather die than come back to this poor excuse for a hospital!!!!!

great people work there and i felt really good especially when i delivered my baby boy there!! 5+ from me and my family
