They approved me, and then turned around, said that they don t feel comfortable funding me... why is beyond me, but the underwriters wouldn t give the reason. Best bet is for you to go to Peachtree lending. Don t ever go to Oasis Financial. Not worth the time or stress.
My experience they don't get no stars they are horrible they give you way less than what you ask for do not choose Oasis financial cuz they will mess over you .take 1000... They will give u 200 ask for 500 give u 170 just so the application fees and and all them add up tbe more I was injured in accident get gordon get it done....
My case was a done deal settled out of court. This company approved me for a loan, I signed the papers. Next day they tell me they cant loan me the money due to risk! Oh, I had to call to find this out or no one would have told me either. When I have a signed settlement there is no risk!!!
Save yourself a lot of time and energy, dont use Oasis
The customer service was non existent. I have my wife authorisation to speak on my behalf the lady on the other end became extremely rude to the point I had to remind her we didn't need any attitude.
Getting the funding after getting approved was nightmare. Most of the information provided or should I say not provided was inaccurate.
The fees are outrageous. The phone waiting time were horrendous. I was on hold for 2 hours at one point. Hearing over and over our business is valued was laughable given the poor customer service.
I only used Oasis because I had no choice. One thing is certain. I'll never use oasis for any reason ever again. What they charge vs the customer service and lack of ease getting money simply isn't worth it. I honestly don't know how they remain in business given the poor customer service and inability to talk to customers with respect or dignity.
They sent me a fake letter in the mail informing me of my "personal injury claim" and said the material was "time sensitive" and contained "important contents" about me. Nothing of the sort was inside the letter.
This is a fraudulent company, they are not trustworthy.
Why is no stars not an option ? They would not approve my case for some mystery reason. Even tho the company I m suing has tried to settle my case several times for over $7000 which I didn t take because added a new case in which I need surgery for. They still decided it s in their best interest not to lend me $500 ? My case is basically guaranteed. But someone Ik who is fraudulently suing the same company was approved for $3000 with no serious injury.
How you gone say you help people in their time of, and not do it. I been working through oasis since 2018. Y'all make plenty of money just on my intrest but I'm really in need of the funds. Last payment was in September.
They are the worse .. you literally get hurt and need help . They will only approve you for less because of underwriters . When you have good money in your case. I m so tired . And I m done with this company
They didn't even bother to call and tell me their underwriters didn't trust approving my loan for whatever reason despite my case circumstances. LOL These guys are crooks and thankfully I only used them once for a small amount. I would never recommend.
This company has to be the slowest company on the planet. My case was simple and guaranteed, they obviously have underwriters that are turtles, the whole purpose was to get money quickly because I NEEDED it, if I wanted to wait then I would have waited for my settlement. This company should be monitored by someone that has the customers interest in mind.
