Oakville Yamaha, Royal Enfield, Zero Motorcycles. Review

Must have been an off day for the older retail attendant at this store. Asked if I could get a discounted price on a discontinued item and was met with a hostile attitude and response. When I challenged him on his demeanor I was met with indifference and a flippant attitude. I advised him I would be submitting my experience on this forum and he stated Do your best

I won t be returning but given the positive reviews here I believe this is an isolated incident.

The customer service is amazing! The mechanics are super helpfulness and sincere. They help you find what your looking for and what you can afford. Little things like replacing my plate cover just because there was a crack and spending the time to talk to you about everything is more then I would expect and I appreciate it and it's no wonder why I've been to other mechanics who recommend going to Yamaha Oakville to purchase. When I bought my bike, they helped me with what I needed and remember me after a year when I went back and had a conversation about how it has been with the bike. It's been 3 years since I purchased my bike and even though I could go somewhere closer to get serviced and buy parts (because I live in Toronto) I trust them and would gladly spend my money.

Bought my Yamaha R3 from here and Elio was great to deal with. They offered me a fair price on the spot without any back and forth, and followed through on their word when they said they would. I also brought my bike back to them a year later for a Yamaha recall notice, and the experience was just the same: honest and efficient. They had my bike fixed within the timeframe they stated, and I've had no problems since. A great dealership to do business with.

Absolute crooks. Do not take your bike for service here. I brought a road legal dual sport bike for a safety and received a call that the bike is not a road legal unit. I came to pick the bike up and they charged me for a safety inspection!!! If the bike is not a road legal unit, why are they inspecting for the safety. Uneducated staff. Being a bike dealer, they should have knowledge if a bike is road legal or not. My bike is a road legal bike! Further to this, the parts person started to lie about what I had told him. Unbelievable!! STAY AWAY

I drive a Triumph yet I order all my parts and oil from this dealership. Luke and the people here are top notch and very helpful. I always recommend them to my friends on two wheels.

Bought an R3. Elio was great to deal with. Gave a very fair price right from the start. Made the whole transaction very easy. As a first time buyer, it was a perfect experience.

They unfortunately don't sell motorcycles anymore just the apparel, gloves and helmets

I've dealt with a few shops but currently this is the only one I will bring my bike to.. Luke is a good honest mechanic and will do what he can to help you out.

How can they still call themselves oakville "Yamaha" when they dropped sales, parts and service.
