They service Network Homes and I am being put up in one of their social tenant homes next to our flats as fire remediation works were being done in our flats at Capitol Way, Collindale, London. All they had to do was to fix an intercom. Called them up thrice.. fixed appointments and they did not show up. so whoever receives their tender offers keep this in mind.. poor service.. never show up on time. Take photos of your front door when they call the first time to show later that they came to fix and did not find you.. Excuses.. the person who was supposed to come and fix forgot to take the intercom.. met with an accident.. etc.. So network homes/housing associations/social care/council homes/councils/NHS..please take all the feedback in this forum .. oakray you know me and so don't post saying please call our customer service so we can service you.. i have called thrice and you don't show up..you can find my name in your database.. at least try this time to call the customer to fix appointments.. We are going to be here for a short while.. but pity the social tenants..
Another bunch of cowboys that give you the runaround, seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, "Contract supervisors "and 'Project Coordinators" appear to change like the weather or made up on the spot (meaning they don't actually exist)...
I am always at work Monday to Friday and Oakray decide to come whenever they feel like coming they don t send an appointment letter or call or anything until I received a letter saying they sent me to court because I missed two appointments and hadn t had a chance rearrange one!!! in less than a week how ridiculous is this!!!!!
How obnoxious, belligerent, UNprofessional are these operatives! When I was out, they were at my door in the morning: unexpected, unannounced. My Ring/cctv recorded: banging on the front door. They show up at any time they choose when it is convenient for their purpose, bang on the front door and even look through the mail slot to check if anyone is inside. It is a gross invasion of privacy. Harassing by showing up at inconvenient times is not professional behaviour. When I moved in, my thermostat was broken. They finally fixed it a month after I got there. The operative did not even bother to answer my questions or wish to explain how to properly operate the gas boiler. Annual gas check was done earlier, yet they demand a SECONDARY gas check.
That makes it a BI-ANNUAL gas check. Count them: 1, 2.
British customer dis-service - same old bad behaviour from tradespeople.
Totally unreliable. Made two appointments to fix an intercom - nobody turned up. Two wasted days. If you want to destroy your business/seriously annoy your customers use these people. Otherwise steer well clear if you possibly can. Pity I can't give them 0 marks.
