How obnoxious, belligerent, UNprofessional are these operatives! When I was out, they were at my door in the morning: unexpected, unannounced. My Ring/cctv recorded: banging on the front door. They show up at any time they choose when it is convenient for their purpose, bang on the front door and even look through the mail slot to check if anyone is inside. It is a gross invasion of privacy. Harassing by showing up at inconvenient times is not professional behaviour. When I moved in, my thermostat was broken. They finally fixed it a month after I got there. The operative did not even bother to answer my questions or wish to explain how to properly operate the gas boiler. Annual gas check was done earlier, yet they demand a SECONDARY gas check.
That makes it a BI-ANNUAL gas check. Count them: 1, 2.
British customer dis-service - same old bad behaviour from tradespeople.
