It is run down they dont repair the roads driveways rent is to high for them not doing upkeep
Thanks for you saying youll fill potholes you need to dig up redo u have the money you were owned by a criminal and slum king. Do the right thing and people park in spots they should not. These apartments are overpriced dont go there
Charging us for not having renter's insurance when we have provided proof of our own renter's insurance multiple times. Maintenance does not always get back to us in a timely fashion when bringing up issues within the apartment, which can require us to contact the office or maintenance directly with our concerns. Not worth the hassle.
Not impressed. Apartment has really nice layout. Unfortunately the management, in my opinion is lacking. The friend I went to visit had a bees nest in the siding of her patio. She complained about it, but issue not addressed. She loves to sit outside, however has not been able to for fear of being stung. Also, mouldings around windows are in disrepair. It's a shame. The grounds are rather lovely otherwise.
We love our home here, it is an amazing, quiet place to live!
Snow removal is subpar. Still snowed in at 2:23PM!!! This is ridiculous.
Great community of diverse folks. Neighbors are cordial, it's pet friendly and we feel real safe here. Any problems that arise are fixed as soon as possible. Can't beat the price if you include all the space and amenities (pool, tennis court , kid park, dog park, workout room, golfing, roads to walk, jog and bike. One downside are guests that don't park where they belong. If you have a guest, they should park in front of their garage and not take up extra spaces. Wish we had assigned parking and at least one extra space for each apartment for families with more than 2 vehicles.
Nice apartment, great staff. Rooms are okay but may be costlier than other communities. But surrounding is very good. They have gym in club swimming pool and other amenities. Most of the apartments have rough flooring all around rooms are average sized .
Great community. Great Apartments. Great people. The three pillars of finding a place to call your own. Oakmonte hasn't let me down once and is honestly the best Apartments I've ever lived in. Worth looking at in the luxury apartment market.
We lived here 6 years and we had a great time with this community. Very safe, luxurious apartments and great neighbours.
