I didnt walk away with the outcome I wanted but I couldn't have asked for a better group or vet to be the ones to talk me through it. I may have been a crying mess the whole time but they were compassionate, straight forward and helped me through the process. I never felt like I was in a sterile or cold environment and I cant thank you guys enough for that. Odin was lucky to have you guys at the end. I believe our vets name was Ashely(I'm sorry if I'm wrong, my mind was somewhere else) but she is truly an amazing person Thank you so much for being patient and compassionate with me and my old man.

The techs and doctors at VEG Colfax are incredible, professional and willing to help no matter the situation. I truly appreciate the care they gave my cat on a moments notice and the communication they provided to ensure I was comfortable with the treatments they were proposing and the costs that were associated. Thank you VEG Colfax for your knowledge, willing to work with me on a course of treatment and the love you showed my cat. I am forever grateful for your team.

After a stressful day with my newly adopted, sick cat Tommy, I resorted to taking him into VEG. I am totally relieved I did due to the amazing care he received tonight! Every single nurse and doctor was super friendly and warm to both me and my kitty. He was so comfortable with everyone because of the love they gave him! They even trimmed his claws for me :) Highly recommend this place for anybody needing urgent pet care.

This place is THE BEST for any pet emergency you have. They are so caring and explain everything extremely well. Their COVID protocols are fantastic and don t sacrifice on the care of your pet at all. Couldn t recommend them more!

I cannot say enough about Keri Nelson, her staff and this location of VEG. I took my sweet pup in who suddenly was lethargic and not eating. Keri Nelson was fast with getting him diagnosed with a severe cancer and internal bleeding and acted very quickly to save his life. She was great with her direct while compassionate communication on options and did the best she could for immediate surgery on my pup. The surgery was successful with her decisions and expertise.

After the surgery she continued to care and work with me to make difficult decisions. My Buddy ended up only making it a month after surgery, yet she was there for me with support and guidance that goes above and beyond the norm you would expect, with her passion for what she does, and the love she shows for each of the pets she works with.

This clinic overall is small and more intimate than a larger pet hospital and felt much more personal to me, and although very busy even though it is a new location. I also felt they did a great job as well as keeping it safer during COVID than others, and the protocols are in place as they do the best they can to keep all safe as possible. I highly recommend this pet hospital on all points.

The best experience we could have asked for in emergency circumstances. All of the doctors, techs and staff were kind, helpful, and very communicative with us. And our fur baby was tended to with the best care, very thorough and gentle. If ever another emergency crosses our path, we will undoubtedly trust them with future care.

Any vet that allows you to talk to a vet over the phone before coming in, for free, is an amazing service. Our dog was throwing up a lot, so we called. They got us directly to Dr Pierce who explained why he thought we should bring her in. He was also able to give us an idea on how much we might spend.. We checked in on the way and they got her in immediately. We waited in the parking lot, got a text from Trish to let us know her vitals were good. Then about 30 mins later Dr Pierce called back and went over the exam. He was thorough and answered all our questions. One thing we very much appreciated is that he was conscious of 1st our dogs health, and 2nd cost. He went over what we should do from here and told us specifically what to watch out for and when to bring her back in. There was no feeling of being rushed. They brought our pup back out with clear instructions and told us to call them with any issues. The cost was well affordable for a 2 am visit, at $230 for the visit, a 24 hour lasting anti nausea shot, and antibiotics. We will use VEG for any urgent care our animals needs.

One of the best vet experiences we have ever had! Not only was the staff super friendly and welcoming, but they were also so transparent with the whole process. They also let us be included in her care, which was super meaningful. We felt like our kitty was in safe hands the whole time.

VEG made it easy to get emergency treatment for our dog even though it was Christmas day. They were very kind, efficient, and clearly explained the diagnosis. VEG will definitely be our go-to for any future emergency care.
