Bought a lovely bargain sofa from here, great customer service..very helpful & delivered the next day.
One wrong cushion delivered but quickly sorted with them. Highly recommend.

Variety of returned furnitures with small faults and low prices. Staffs are helpful. There are few car parking spaces but sainsburys and train station car park on the opposite site can be used if needed.

Fantastic quality and prices. I'm really really happy with my new sofa and chair. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back for more furniture.

2 very lovely young gentlemen working in here today, helped when needed but didn't pounce on us to try sell stuff. Everything laid out wonderfully neat and tidy and the two working were very polite. Sorry didn't catch their names :)

Bought a lovely oak nest of tables, well build and sturdy and at a very reasonable price, had a wander round there was lots of stock and some really nice Welsh dressers, shame l haven't got room for one. The staff were very helpful full too and carried the tables out to the car.

I really like this place although you have to inspect furniture with great detail before buying. Some of the prices are considerably cheaper than retail and they sometimes only have minor defects. We got an amazing wardrobe that was simply missing the bar the hangers go on but we just bought a broom handle so easy fix

Oak Furniture Clearance Chippenham generally nice and polite sellers until you buy, after buying furniture during delivery, the furniture and floor have been damaged.
Avoid phone contact and e-mail, the worst service I have ever encountered is one and a half months and still unrelated

Decent range of furniture, some brand new some second hand. Good service with fair delivery options. Will definitely be going back

I bought a sofa for an absolute bargain price. Unfortunately a few issues with delivering the wrong one first, then the wrong cushions, but they sorted it all out in the end without question. I'll be going back because there were plenty of other bargains in there.

Bought a Tokyo tv unit. It is riddled with wood worm. Piles of dust appear after a day of cleaning it. Would not recommend

I had used this place before and the service was excellent in a world where customer service is not always very good.
Tried out the seating position on several two seater sofas and was acknowledged by Harry who was very helpful.
I only wanted to buy 2 two seater sofas which they did not have 2 of in stock but to save the day, after a phone call to Jack, was offered 2 armchairs at a competitive price.
Product is good and thanks to Harry and Jack for some excellent customer service.
If either of these 2 boys ever need a job, please come and see me in the big time retail of car sales, as we will employ you.

We have had great service from the day we walked into the store, to the day that out new furniture was delivered. All of the staff on site were helpful, professional and friendly. Your delivery drivers went the extra mile for us when there was difficulty with getting our Sofas etc into the house. They showed patients and great care. Well done all for your five star service, we will come back for our next purchase.

Absolute bargains. You do need to buy it immediately if you see something you like as stock regularly changes.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Every item in the store is an absolute bargain and the staff are wonderful. Delivery is speedy and the delivery guys couldn't be more polite and considerate.

Walked in, found what I wanted, bought it and left. Staff full of offers to help with carrying and was a simple, quick process. Very happy and will shop there again.

There are some really good bargains. Stock changes on a regular basis, if they haven't what you wish for this week, they may have it next week. Helpful staff. Parking is a bit limited but it's usual accessible and right outside. Really worth a visit.. Regularly

The manager is a bully and shouted at me so much he reduced me to tears. I only phoned for an update on a exchage of a product, which he tried to avoid giving us! DON'T VISIT!

Brilliant! Went in for a desk, came out with a sofa, chair, foot stool and a desk. Nice team in there, and was able to negotiate even more discount!

Amazing service from all the staff, could not complain! It is freezing however in the store, colder inside than out. Feel really sorry for the staff working in the horrendous conditions.

Lots of broken furniture, staff in huddle chatting to each other, cold store, poor price reductions.

Very disappointed with this place. Adverts about the clearance stores make you think you're getting quality pieces of furniture with large discounts of up to 60%. In reality the biggest discount i saw when i visited was 20% and that was on heavily damage pieces.

Very good furniture at reduced prices. Jack was very helpful and found us matching items. Service was excellent from start to finish. Will be back again.

Some good bargains to be had and also a lot of rather damaged goods that could do with much bigger discounts.

It's sited right next to the train station in Chippenham and has very little parking but there is plenty of on street parking and car parks further along the road if you don't mind walking.

The building everything is housed in is literally falling apart with big holes in the ceilings and walls and isn't very inviting but the staff are friendly and helpful and can arrange delivery if the furniture you're buying is on the large side!

Good selection. Didn't have what I wanted but plenty to choose for. The also sell sofas and chairs but dont advertise this.

A great place to look for furniture if you don't mind everything not matching. Great quality (aside from superficial things usually, because it's a clearance place). Really good prices, but if you like something, buy it instantly because they disappear quickly!

Always seem to buy something when we go here. Good value and you never quite know what you will find. Staff mostly friendly though have had one bad one. Often happy to give a bit of a discount.

My purchase was a first of it's kind! I've always had a good experience with Oak Furnitureland in general, be that with the online website & customer service by phone or our local Belfast store. On missing out on a clearance item locally and out of stock online I tried the Oak Furnitureland Clearance store in Chippenham and the piece of furniture I was looking to purchase was available, but I wasn't in the region and normally the store would not deliver outside of their local catchment area, but they agreed to try it out and I organised my own delivery and purchased the item by phone. So a trial run for the company and a first for me having anything sent from Chippenham to the north of Ireland.From my initial phone call to the store, email correspondence throughout until it's arrival, I can only say it was an absolute delight to do business with this store. The tracking of my parcel was easy too and customer service there so helpful and the price I paid for both the furniture and the delivery perfect, yes there were a few marks etc but I was warned, a drawer handle was missing and immediately the offer today of a handle to be sent by post. The delivery did take a week, but that wasn't a bother to me. A special thanks to Jack at Oak Furnitureland Clearance store Chippenham who dealt with my purchase from start to finish, total professional, went the extra mile.

Cheap and solid oak furniture with mainly small or no defects, at a quarter (or less) of the price and very helpful and friendly staff to assist you.. Why wouldn't anyone like this store.. Add to that an ability to deliver and place within your home and you have a great service!
Be aware of the need to provide a payment for the delivery in cash (told to you at payment time)

I would thoroughly recommend this store :)
