Hotel ok. The employees were wonderful. Very pleasant and great customer service. Prices were rediculious. Breakfast buffet $17.00, lunch and dinner buffet $20.00. This was a coaching clinic. The majority of us are blue color and Coach at blue color schools. Why do they charge so much?
It was very nice staying their with my family.The pool was nice and so was the wide open space outside

I came here for a conference and I would say around $100 a night is a bargain for exceptional service! I have a huge family in two rooms and every petty items would either run out or missing. But the front desk did an amazing job for delivering just one tiny bottle of shampoo.
Hope I can visit here when I m around the Chicago area!
I went to prepare the Mac Duggal event that took place in the grand ballroom. The employees were very helpful and the place was very spacious and well arranged!
Was a very beautiful hotel. The numerous conference rooms were clean, spacious, and did a good job of retaining sound. Also made it easy to hear presenters.
Under construction for a badly needed renovation. I wish they'd told me that when I booked. Friendly staff though, and the golf was great.

Cool 60s retro theme hotel. Decent indoor and outdoor pool. Gym has thr basics with dumbells up to 100 lbs which is a nice plus. I was here for a convention so I didn't golf but the coarse looked nice. Room was fine however I couldnt change the inputs on the TV. Bathroom was small but was nicely done.

My family and I stayed at this location and we had an amazing time. Becca and Grace at the front desk were so helpful and kind! Grace made sure that we were taken care of and happy. Becca decorated our room for my Mothers Birthday it was so beautiful she also had her favorite dessert waiting for her. My mom had a wonderful day Thank you Becca and Grace. The outside managers were terrific, we had an elderly visitor and wasnt able to walk very well the manager took him on a golf cart and made sure he got to us safe and sound. The outside manager and staff were incredible they treated us like family and made us feel welcome in every way. Our room was so nice and clean the view from our room the 11th floor was awesome.. We didnt want to leave. Thank you everyone that works at the Hilton Oak brook hills you guys are doing a wonderful job...oh yeah try the pina Coladas by the pool they are GOOD!!!
Long wait to check in..they need more help at the front desk...check in Is at 4pm...room wz not all the way clean..wasnt nasty...but wasnt cleaned properly..something was on the carpet..hair in the fridge and tub..and some type of red substance was on the wall that easily wiped off.....but other than that it was ok...they just need to tighten up...especially for how much money they charge
The place was very dated and somewhat dirty. I was also charges incidentals on my card two days later without any explanation. I would not stay again.
Great. Room could use a tech update with a smart TV for streaming services, but overall a great room, great food and good service.
Have stayed at this resort a few times. Staff is always friendly and rooms seem clean. Elevators are extremely slow especially when only one is working for the entire resort.
It is a very nice hotel with a great atmosphere. I visited Chicago for business and stayed there for about a week. Rooms are big and confortable, soft bed, and nice bathrooms. A couple restaurant options to choose from and big halls for conferences and other events (like weddings). Breakfast everyday was perfect. Even though I did not play, the golf course looked pretty good. Staff was professional and courteous. Totally recommend. It was too far away from the city though.
Nice area. Good rooms that are comfortable. Nice customer service. A bit pricey and there are things that could be updated like the elevators look old and the bathtub in my room look like it needed to be refurbished.

Slow elevators, no fridge in our room, confusing layout of building, no hot tub. Still nice overall but did not exceed expectations.
Room was kind of small, but clean. The doors to the bathroom was weird though.
I paid for this place before getting here in full. Then they claim there is a fee for incidental which I need to pay for before getting keys. No issues, however there credit card machine has issues with the chip and was declining same. They claimed was my card and I asked if I can pay cash. They refused same. I had to make a call to my bank in Trinidad in the Caribbean and they checked and did not find any issues with the card. I asked the girl at the front deck to talk to them and after some time she did, she continued to input and again declined. She refused to follow the bank instructions. I finally got the manager and he spoke to them and got through within minutes.
I was at the desk for 90 minutes because to their inability to know the credit machine and was all the time being looked at from the incoming guests. They made me feel like I was not telling the truth and the card had issues.
Where would I have stayed if I did not have to go through that ordeal??
Good and bad-
Stayed here this week for a 4 day conference. About 150 in our group. The facility and the staff have all been quietly and effectively working behind the scenes. The rooms are nice, open, clean and modern. The meeting spaces offered everything you could ask for, and were also modern and clean. The large amphitheater was a nice tool for our group that you can't find just anywhere. Although we are here in the dead of winter, it looks like the golf course would be fun to play in season. I would recommend the hotel in all respects, save one.. The food served; for example, the dinners and lunches at the hotel by the banquet staff, were cold or lukewarm. Having said that, no complaints of the service itself during the banquet/buffet meals. Either the back of the house doesn't have the equipment to maintain product integrity, or those that handled it were not taking the care to utilize the tools. Desserts were quite stale as an example. They were the "thaw em out" and serve. And maybe that is what our group opted for, but based on the condition, I think the banquet food/dept warrants some TLC. I didn't get to eat at either the bar or the restaurant, but I did hear that the food there was quite good. Again - overall very good experience. Just some honest feedback.
It was a great hotel to stay at. It had everything you could need in a hotel. The location is decent but not great, but the hotel itself is amazing!
Large clean rooms with excellent views. Comfortable clean bed and plenty of amenities. Restaurant and bar were relaxing and staff was extremely friendly and inviting.
The room was nice and well kept. However, there were few outlets so I would recommend a power strip or something similar.
Very pleased with this hotel. Great area space to play cards. Hang out with family. Four different areas to get away from your room. Loved our room looking over golf course on 9th floor. Clean and comfortable beds. Would recommend..
We were received by very friendly hotel staff, including Joanna at the front desk. She was so helpful and informative. She encouraged us to get the hotel breakfast and we did. It was delicious!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, clean rooms. The restaurant has great food and the onsite gardens allow the chefs to put some fresh grown items on the menu. Updated 08/27/2017 - New menu has some interesting options. This dish - Bourbon and honey glazed beef ribs, wasabi Alsum farm mash potatoes, seasonal herbs and tendril salad
Attended a wedding reception here. The venue was nice and the food service was timely and well organized. The lightening in the reception halls was not that flexible so I think it would have suited presentation style conventions rather than weddings.

Pool was not very warm and neighboring rooms were loud in the night. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly.
The bathroom drains seemed to be backed up, it took awhile for anything to drain in the sink, toilet and shower. The keys cards would sometimes not work and would need to bring them back down to the front desk to re register them. Rooms were clean

The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, the area where the hotel is located is very nice and it was only 30 minutes away from downtown Chicago.

This hotel has an excellent management team that genuinely cares about every customer! I have stayed here many times over the years and have always had a very positive experience. Only once was there an issue. And the concern was quickly and courteously handled in a manner that far exceeded my expectations! (Thank you Becca!) I would recommend this hotel!

Super clean room, staff is friendly, police patrol the parking lot at night. This is probably the best place to stay if you are visiting Chicago. I will be staying here again.
