We just purchased a 2020 Chev Sonic....to pull behind our RV. And we couldn't be happier! Aaron Antes was our salesman and he was very helpful and thoughtful. He knows Chevys too -- go see him if you ever want a car! We stopped at a competitor too, but they were nothing compared to O'Reilly's Chevrolet. This was one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had.
Most of my experience was great, I left my vehicle at the service center and went next door to the mall. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, after two and a half hours I had not received a call. When a call was made to them, I was met with the car has been ready and we close in less than an hour A few days following the service, I noticed my fluids were not topped off as they had told me, I am actually completely out of wiper fluid.
I first saw the vehicle online and then contacted the dealership. I live in Texas, therefore I was literally shopping for a car through text and emails. Everyone I spoke to including Hope, Roberto and Martin were very helpful in making me comfortable purchasing something I have yet to see in person. Financing reached out and tried making my payment arrangements even better. The insurance department also contacted my current insurance provider after purchase vehicle to make sure I got what I needed at a rate I could afford. I am so excited to pick up the vehicle. I had never taken the time to post reviews for anything or anyone but this dealership is amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone in or out of town to try find and purchase their vehicles from O'Rielly. Forever grateful.
This is the 9th truck I have purchased from O'Reilly Chevrolet in the past 19 years and my buying was just as great as always! My salesperson Josue is absolutely the best of the best!. He is always happy, professional goes out of his way to make everything perfect. After my purchase Sonya is absolutely fantastic and takes me through every last detail of my new truck. First time i have ever taken in my truck to get bed and cab also rear door align they pretty much told me they cant do anything to the vehicle because the vehicle came defective from factory like that and no adjustments made all Chevy truck are like that so they are not even going to try to fix the issue
Great customer service buying a pre owned car. The after service was great. Made us a key fob. The sales, finance and management teams were great.
I brought my Chevy Sonic in 3 weeks ago, because a sensor issue was causing the check engine light to turn on. I took it in and they said it was fixed the next day. Ok, so I drove it around town for like less than an hour and the check engine light turned back on. I have a warranty, so luckily I went back the next day, which was a Saturday and I was told it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. If you want your vehicle back in due time don t take it here. Ray gave me
the run around via text messages that it would be done by a certain time. And today I went in to check in on it and it hadn t even been touched, no one had been working on the issue. No one. I will never come here again and tell everyone to go to Watson, at least there they re done with the services I need within a timely fashion and don t give the customer the run around.
