I brought my Chevy Sonic in 3 weeks ago, because a sensor issue was causing the check engine light to turn on. I took it in and they said it was fixed the next day. Ok, so I drove it around town for like less than an hour and the check engine light turned back on. I have a warranty, so luckily I went back the next day, which was a Saturday and I was told it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. If you want your vehicle back in due time don t take it here. Ray gave me
the run around via text messages that it would be done by a certain time. And today I went in to check in on it and it hadn t even been touched, no one had been working on the issue. No one. I will never come here again and tell everyone to go to Watson, at least there they re done with the services I need within a timely fashion and don t give the customer the run around.
