Had the worst interview here that I have ever had in my life. Interviewer Sapna Kanwar was the most unprofessional employment consultant I had ever dealt with in 10 years, started asking irrelevant personal questions, and when answering them I felt like I was being judged when I gave the answers. Waiting area with the depressed looking receptionist felt like I was waiting for the headmaster, no handshake at the start of the interview, and no seeing you out at the end.

I applied via Seek for a role that wasn't even correct, the JD she pulled out whilst in the interview she argued telling me what it actually said online when it wasn't. (I even doubled checked when I got home)

Biggest joke ever.

I am very much impressed with O'Neils team as i had a wonderful experience with the agency.
They will surely bring positive vibes which will get you highly motivated.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Reem Wasay at O'Neils very recently. I found Reem to be very approachable and professional. She kept me well informed during the process which culminated in a great result for all concerned. I would have no hesitation in recommending O'Neils to anyone seeking a recruitment solution.

After my phonecall with Annette I was actually dumbstruck that anyone in this industry could be that rude. I was asking about roles on behalf of a family member and upon saying no to permanent residence (but yes to a long term work visa which I never had the opportunity to say), I was told that "businesses do not want baggage, so nice try thanks bye." Absolutely awful experience and I hope no one else has to endure being spoken to and treated like that.

Oh god do they still have that horrid rude woman Annette there?
She was horrible sadly this is the only thing i cam recall about this agency was her!

The application they ask you to fill out is full of illegal questions. Asked about my marital status, if i rent/own/live with family, what my partner does for a living, if I have children and their ages.... what does that have to do with my employment??? Gave off an uncomfortable vibe and won t be working with a company that asks illegal and personal questions.

Annette is beyond rude, to clients and candidates. Will not be dealing with this company ever again. She told off a company I previously worked for who wanted to re-employ me, both parties did the correct thing by checking contracts and emailing the agency. This owner or whoever she is jumped the gun by contacting the client before a formal job offer was made, and telling them off calling them unprofessional thus loosing me a valuable opportunity, turning the company off the idea of hiring me, candidates be warned, use another agency - one that is actually professional and will have your best interests at heart. The temp contact there is lovely, whole experience soured by her Manager and the clause tying you to them for 6 mths after assignment completion!

They provided the best help for me to get into work. They had heaps of opportunities lined up for me so when one didn t work out they had one waiting. Very thorough and precise. Glad to have gone through O neil s personnel. Thanks guys.
