Called around noon or early afternoon to try to schedule snow removal for my driveway. Gave them my address and the lady on the phone says sales would call me back. A short time later i got a call giving me a price and saying i just had to reply to the email with the contact to get started. The email i received said i was on the list so i replied. Then got a call at 430, after i had sent some kids away because i thought i had it handled, saying that they weren't coming because none of their ppl checked the service area before sending the contract. Now im stuck at 430 trying to find a replacement. Will never use these ppl.

Beware ! This company will regularly send a team of three very NOISY leaf blowers into your neighborhood at 7 in the morning: waking babies, old folks and disrupting all those within earshot. Such an unpleasant racket by which to be jarred from sleep ! Please, if you sign them up, hold their feet to the fire on decent hours of operation. Nothing before 9am is the least bit respectful or courteous.

They were not specific with their rates. I called for clarification and they never gave it to me. I had to call 3 times before finally just paying the bill to get it over with. I would not use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with OHara Landscape. We took out all of the dying shrubs and miscellaneous trash trees from the front yard and replaced the landscape with a design they made for us. It is beautiful! This was a great company to work with- professional, respectful, creative, committed to the quality of the project. I recommend!

This company ignores quiet hours in the communities they serve. They had crews mowing yards at 7 am on Saturday, in direct violation of city codes. As a lawn care company, they are required to know the local ordinances in the areas where they operate. Not only are they irresponsible but they are also inconsiderate to those living in the communities they serve. If you need to hire a lawn care company, please consider other options, unless you like extremely loud noises at 7 am on the weekend and upsetting all your neighbors.

We had O'Hara manage a large backyard project at our home that took two weeks. They were fabulous! Every employee was professional and respectful. They were on time and stayed until the job was complete. The work was outstanding and we were kept informed every step of the way. This is one of the best experiences we've had with a vendor in St Louis and they are the only landscape company we will use moving forward. We highly recommend O'Hara!

Worst lawn company I have ever had. They literally come after 4pm to our neighborhood community every single week. As I wrote this review, (at 7:30pm) they are still cutting/blowing grass. It s almost 8pm every week by the time they finish. It s so awful and disruptive especially when people in the household have bedtimes. Do not understand why we cannot be on a rotating
schedule! Also, they are responsible for replacing our dead plantings/shrubs outside, 6 weeks ago my husband spoke to the supervisor, and we were told our two dead boxwoods would be replaced. They never were so we finally purchased them ourselves, and had to plant them. Will be calling them and asking for reimbursement. Wish we didn t live in this community where we don t have a choice in or lawn care company.

We used this company to de-ice and shovel our large driveway for years. The cost ran about $1000 depending on the winter. This past winter, whatever this company applied to de-ice our front walk, KILLED 18 mature Boxwoods. After being notified, this company has decided NOT to back up the damage because that is how the contract reads. This is what I call BAD BUSINESS..This is what I call cocktail party talk!
