I do not even know where to start with all the amazing things I have to say about this practice. For starters, the atmosphere of the office is calm, pleasant, and not intimidating whatsoever for those who have a fear of the dentist (like myself). I told my family that I felt like I went to the spa with my girlfriends, rather than to a checkup at the dentist. The staff were insanely friendly - reception, tech, hygienist, Doctor Hoover, billing/scheduling - everyone! They offer a variety of beverages while you wait and even while you're being examined. Everyone who assisted with my check-up were incredibly gentle and frequently asked if I was comfortable or to let them know if anything bothered me while they were working. They also have several TV's to watch so you're not just staring at a blank wall or ceiling while you're being examined. They gave me their full, undivided attention, and I truly felt like they were driven to offer me the best possible treatment. Each of them took their time to explain what they were doing, what they were looking for, the different terminology and rankings for categorizing the health of each tooth, and what the steps would be in my treatment plan. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn't sure about, and they were very thorough at explaining my insurance policy, the costs I would be responsible for, and assisting me with scheduling future appointments on days/times that would work best for me. Their hours are also SUPER convenient for those, like me, who work 12-hour days and can't make an appointment 'til after 4:00 most days. I never thought I would say this, but I am excited to go back to my next dentist appointment! Thanks NuLife - you guys rock :)

The best professionals are in this clinic, super equipped, high tech equipment I was delighted with the space, they speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English, not to mention the professionalism of each one! Especially from dr. Kenya, a wonderful person, who has a lot of love for her profession :) I loved it!

The office is impeccable the doctor and staff are amazing.

The dentist is awesome and so is all the employees. The office is immaculate and state of the art and modern. It s one stop shopping here. They do it all from pulling teeth to dentures made on site. After hours you are able to contact the dentist and she addresses any concerns or needs you may have immediately. I had teeth pulled and was sedated and nitrous gas used which is a hard find today to have everything done in one place and not have to be referred out. That was a big plus for me and I have been extremely happy with the hygienist as well. All around great staff, dentist and place for all your dental needs! You will not be sorry for choosing Nu life dental!!

I ve known this staff for around 6 months and it has been the nicest staff ever! They really care about the patients. Patient care is first!

I had my first appointment as a new patient today. This is the best dentist's office I've been to in a long time. They took me back at the exact time of my appointment (no extra waiting), the staff were super nice and gentle, and I didn't feel at all like I was being rushed in and out.

My family & I really like coming here because the attention they give us is great, also they do a really great job & are really careful not like other places that they rough & always leaves you with pain & whatnot(& that's why a lot of people don't like the dentist) but here the staff are awesome & treat you with care. They treat you like one of their own. Mine you, my mother don't live in FL but she comes to visit at least 3 times a year and always prefer to wait until she's here in FL to go to the dentist(NuLife). I definitely recommend it here to anyone & everyone. Thank you NuLife

Great dentist! Great atmosphere and great staff. My husband need some work done and everyone was so nice and gentle with him (he gets nervous). So I made an appointment for my cleaning and couldn't be happier! I recommend them 100%.

Update I had to be seen today! 5/8/2020
I was having some pain where my wisdom tooth is, I had to be seen before the weekend. Of course I was nervous to go because of COVID 19 but let me tell you they go above and beyond. I absolutely love Dr.Hoover and all the staff. They are great and always give wonderful service. I truly feel 100% safe there it is so clean and they are taking extra precautions! Thanks so much for helping me today I dont know what I would do with you tou all!

Dr. Hoover is a delight! I have been uninsured for several years and did not receive regular dental care as a child, so I came in needing extra help. Other dentists I have had in the past have made me feel embarrassed of ashamed of my teeth, but Dr. Hoover worked with me. She discussed solutions, not problems, and never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable.
The office is incredibly clean and comfortable, the staff are all very kind, and I feel well taken care of every time I come in. I have recommended this office to a few of my friends because it is genuinely the best dental experience I have had in a long time.

Went in for a routine cleaning. They got me right in, within a minute of sitting down in the waiting room. My hygienist, Stephanie, was friendly and professional; thorough, yet gentle. This was at least my 4th visit there for various reasons...

Couldn t have found a better dentist than Dr. Hoover at Nulife Dental and Med Center. After my son lost his insurance it became hard to afford dental work and to even find a good dentist. Since day one the doctor was very detailed and explained the work that needed to be done. Not only that, they even worked with us with a payment plan. Even though it was an extensive treatment Dr. Hoover and her staff were very helpful and caring from the very start. She showed us before and after photos which helped us see the difference that a dental visit can do. They also provided my son with products that would really help him improve his hygiene at home. Now my son is cavity free thanks to Dr. Hoover and his wonderful team!

Many people dislike visiting the dentist, and indeed I had not been to a dentist in many years because of it. My wife made an appointment for me based on good reviews on Google, and I have to say, it was a great choice. Dr. Hoover and the entire staff were extremely nice and accommodating with me, a very nervous patient. The office is beautiful and the facilities all look brand new and high tech. I will definitely be recommending this practice to any friends who are looking for a dentist!

I was super hopeful after all of the good reviews, but was way less than impressed. I have had tons of dental work throughout my life and am super sensitive to dental practices. My first issue was that I scheduled an appointment to get a cleaning and took off of work to get it done. Only to find out that after my scans and x-rays, that they don't do cleanings on the first visit. I was not happy about this because I took off of work and now I would have to take off work again. I even talked about "just being here for a cleaning" at the beginning of my visit and no one told me that that wouldn't happen today. Secondly, as I sat in the "finance office", I felt like I was being sold a car. They tried to sell me a ~roughly~ $300 bite guard (that is not covered by insurance) because I "may" grind my teeth... I ended up ordering one off of Amazon for $8.00. Also, they recommended I get botox... not a good experience. So today I went in again for the second appointment to get a cleaning and was just overall not happy about the cleaning methods. Mainly the vibrating pick that felt like a mini jackhammer on my teeth. The office staff were overall kind, but I will not return.

AWESOME !!!!! This doctor is soooo nice and her staff are so friendly. I would recommend her to anyone. If your unhappy where you are now go see her. I promise you won't be disappointed. Her technology is all updated and her systems are all automated. Please do yourself a favor and check her out. You won't regret it.

NuLife is the best dental establishment I have been to in many years. Kenya Hoover is an awesome dentist who is honest and knowledgeable regarding treatment and takes the time to explain things fully. Stephaniea is very thorough and personable in her duties as dental hygienist. Kind of like when you find a good, honest, professional auto service shop for your car, you obviously want to return to that same establishment going forward.

5 STARS all the way around! I give very few 5 Stars but they earned it. Every area of their office and business was so helpful and professional. They went above and beyond in assisting us. We have had x-rays, cleanings, dental examinations, consultations- the full treatment.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kenya Hoover! She was so professional. And her staff was impressive.
Parking was plenty and access was easy.
My husband is not a dentist fan - and he smiles when he comes back from his visits. They are so patient with him and go beyond to explain the procedures.

Really Great Dental Place!!! A very thorough dental review providing me with all the issues I was facing with my teeth and crowns. Not one other dentist I have ever seen has given me the exact problems I have. Dr Kenya and her team found every issue I had with my teeth, and explained it all in a way that was easy to understand. Options were provided as how to proceed. Pricing for the work to be done was much lower than I had anticipated. Financing was available and also a dental plan available only through NuLife, which helped to lower the cost significantly. They are very organized, and professional. They use some of the newest, and best technical tools available. If you are looking for a Dentist this is the best place to go.

This was my first experience at NuLife Dental and Med Center, from the greeting that met me at the door, the attention to every detail, and to each and everyone of Dr. Hoover s staff smiling and shaking my hand, and their step by step explanation of every step they were doing, my visit was outstanding! When shopping a dentist, I went by Google Maps and NuLife had a 5 star after 17 reviews. This will be 20 because this is about as best it can get. They went all out with everything and Dr. Hoover is amazing. You're guaranteed the best experience because someone made decisions with it all and chose the better choice every time.

Dr. Hoover is great. I was in horrible pain with a tooth ache. Add to that, the fact that I have horrible dentist phobia, dating back to childhood. Anyway, she calmed me down and fixed the tooth with NO ADDITIONAL PAIN!!! She is now my regular dentist. Plus, she and her whole staff are very nice.

By far the best dentist and staff I have ever come a crossed! I have always dreaded and have been terrified of the dentist and I can proudly say Dr.Hoover and her super friendly and caring staff took that fear away since my first consult!
Everyone is patient, very informative, and caring about all your needs and the office/equipment is beautiful and sparkling clean!
Keep in mind your first appointment is JUST a new patient consult of what is to come and everything after that is any procedures/cleaning that is recommended.

Staff was excellent. They have a great plan for those that do not have insurance. I get anxiety with Dentist but DR. Hoover made me feel comfortable and she took her time explaining options and the process. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hoover and her team are incredible. The office itself is brand new. Everyone who works there is extremely competent, kind, and make you feel like you re in the best hands. I had my first cleaning and fillings today and unfortunately I don t do well with needles and got extremely nauseous after the injection to numb my mouth. Dr. Hoover and her team immediately sat me up, offered me ice packs, water, hot tea, etc. They made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the fillings. Dr. Hoover then went above and beyond to personally call me a little while after I left to check in and make sure I was feeling okay. Couldn t recommend this place more :)
