The staff from check in to registration was nice. The wait time was not bad at all given how many people they had waiting ahead of me. The ER Doctor was just ok (seemed overwhelmed and I understand) but some nurses have very bad attitude in particular one of their directors of nursing who was so loud, rude and unprofessional not only to patients (including me) but to the staff as well ( Her name was Alma). She was even screaming out loud right by the ICU!!!! Super turn off and unprofessional! There are people with real issues and seeking care and that s the last thing they wanna deal with in such circumstances.
I m glad I tried this hospital before my anticipated delivery in couple months. I will definitely have to look for another hospital with more caring and professional staff.

The worst hospital at answering the phones!!! I can never get anyone on the phone to provide me info about my loved ones. They bounce you from Dept to Dept and then leave you on hold and when you do get someone they re so rude and hang up on you!! Unfortunately, for me my parents love this place ugh so frustrating!! Customer Service is definitely not their strong suit. But the patient treatment is great.

This hospital is awesome! I visited the Ob/Gyn here and Dr. Auran, Tiffany and Melissa were so amazing. These ladies truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and I truly felt cared for from the moment I stepped in. The rooms were clean, all of the staff followed covid precautions and most of all.. everyone was kind. I was freaking out and didn t know where to go since this was my first time here but everyone helped me and I really felt valued and heard.

The place, not quite chaotic, has barely any communication, a nurse was looking for my relative (the patient), when they had been taken for tests, along with that they had given him a extremely wrinkled gown that had already been tied as if used already, put them in a small ER curtain closed room with 3 other patients, there was barely any room to even ask, and speaking of asking, they had asked such unnecessary questions such as their religion, might as well walk to Africa and get an ambulance there.

The treatment experience here may not be perfect, but for me it is already the best solution I can get. I also met some compassionate and kind people here. I am grateful to all those who have helped me. Thank you. ! God bless you

I unfortunately spend a lot of time in hospitals but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had - no one takes responsibility for patients on the floors, no nurse assigned on boards, phones go unanswered, no one has responsibility to do anything - including the AOD administrator on duty - its a farce. The doctors have proven good but even they can't defend the nursing staff. DO NOT get admitted to this disaster of a hospital.

I would give the CCU/ICU 5 stars.. they took the best care of me but..... once I got 17th floor I will give it 0 stars if I can.. noisy, nurses have no consideration they come in the room conversating with one another all loud talking in different languages at 10,11,pm and 12, 1, 2, 3,4 5,6, am.. never mind once it hits 7am its party time!!! Unprofessional.

Went for a vaccine shot. I filled out all of the forms on the MyChart site and when I arrived was asked to fill it all out again on paper. I let them know I had done it online and I was told it still neded to be filled on paper (there were others who were saying the same thing as they arrived and it caused a delay in people getting seen). After a while I was called up to a table ....where I stood next to other people not 6 feet apart....I was asked to use a small sign pad that was on the table to sign my name off on their HIPPA form and a few other hospital forms. I asked for the computer screen to face me while I signed and I was told that it not possible. I said fine then give me the forms on paper so I can sign under it. I was told I can read a copy they had laying on the side but still needed to sign on the pad. I told them I will not sign something I cannot see. I even called up a lawyer friend to confirm it this was even legal...was quickly told no it is not. A staff member said I could not get the vaccine and I'd have to speak with a manager. I said fine...waited and waited...no manager. Then I was told by the same staff member that they were putting down that I refused to sign off on their forms. After that I was permitted to recive the vaccine.
Beware of signing off on things you can't see!!
The 3 stars is for the nurse who took care of me. She was very kind and informative.

Nurses are ruled not friendly
