Extremely disrespectful workers at the desk refused to administer a test for COVID-19. This is extremely dangerous to those looking to get tested and putting others they surround themselves with in danger.
My wife leaves there in tears every visit. They take hours to call you in and are unable to answer any questions. Machines don t work and they will milk your insurance sending you else where.
These people are master manipulators, deceitful liers. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone and you show up in person Noone knows what you are talking about. They will have you wait for hours. Say they are busy yet there is noone in the waiting room. They must believe the population they serve don't know or deserve better. Do yourself a favor and find another physician with ethics, morals and empathy.
horrible customer service!!! I was on hold trying to schedule an appointment for hours!!!!! HOURS!!!!! not a few minutes! not 1 HOUR, HOURSSSSSSS!!! and still did not get a customer service rep!! so I have to go to the location PHYSICALLY and make appointments! that is crazy!! I called on a different phone while i was on hold on my cell phone and it says press 1 to have them call back in the same order but I never received any call back!
I rated this place by mistake. I made a legitimate review of the East Fishkill Dental Group. EDIT: I do recommend East Fishkill Dental Group it is an hour from my place of living but it accepts a wide variety of insurances, one being Affinity, This edit is made because of the amount of views my mistake has acquired and I don't know the removal process and it seems that this place isn't all to great as well. So it's an alternative. Best wishes to the consumer.
They are very slow and take forever to call your name. I walked in and literally there were no patients there they just fool around and not take their job seriously. All i needed was a vaccine and it took them two hours to call me. I do not recommend it at all.
I have been here third time.First time, I do see the doctor. Second time , they said ,0h, you are a little late, cancel my appointment without any negotiate. Ok, Second time I have been drive almost an hour to get here, then they tell me the doctor provider cancel the appointment, and I check my call history, no call, no message!!!!!!!
front desk had cheating me said they will open at the beginning. After I wait long time, they tell me there is no any doctor today. Like from the beginning to the end, just like fool the patient/customer.

I arrived 20 min late for intake for mental health sevices due to circumstances beyond my control. I HAVE PROOF ON MY PHONE.Had called before my scheduled appointment getting an answering machine I stating my cab was lost& I would arrive. Only to have them call my scheduled person & she cancelled stating they need an hour.
I'd been waiting for that appointment for better than 30 days. NOW IVE GOT TO WAIT ANOTHER 40.
I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT SHE DID FOR THAT OTHER 40 MINUTES WHEN IVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR HELP.
I dont know if I have to fill out paperwork,but it would have been nice, if i do to at least offer me to fill it out then. IT COST ME $20 TO GET KICKED IN THE FACE.
They work with you on payment plans and on schedule a convenient time for your appointment, very happy with there attention to my answers to my questions .
