Very nice touristic place. There you can see the Native American museum, the Charging Bull and a short walk to Battery Park.
Many cafes and the heart of the financial district and Wall St.

A nice area, however too many people just ti get a simple photo. Choose well the time to get there.

Nice. You can usually find a spot, but sometimes when the wind blows hard enough, it'll fling some of the green fountain water onto you, depending where you're sitting.

The ferry hawkers every 20 feet ruined my mood for sightseeing.

Nice park near the bull in downtown Manhattan Bowling Green stop. Spring time here is gorgeous and lots of benches to bring your lunch and eat here.

A classic New York small park. Always wish it didnt close so early (right at dusk) as it means you can't sit and eat in the park. A hour more time or even 30min would help a lot (though I am sure crime is a factor is closing time).

Our last visit, the park did seem like it could use a little more attention on maintaining it.

Last STOP on the #4 & #5 Express trains leaving the Southern tip of Manhattan ENROUTE to Brooklyn. Exiting here takes one directly to the heart of the financial district, Wall Street, or a short walk down Stone Street to the Staten Island Ferry for a free boat ride past the Statue of Liberty and return. An hour fifteen minutes total.
