NVMS Review

Working with NVMS over the past three years has been a very positive and financially rewarding experience. Thier up to date technology has made my work a breeze. I also have made several great working relationships with staff members. I would highly recommend being a vendor for thier company

Amazing Elise Z was my rep so EliseZ says how wonderful NVMS is (agree with everyone they dont pay contractors) yet works there, this is a JOKE of a company!

I have been working with NVMS for years, along with many other vendor management companies. NVMS is by far the most professional and involved company I work with. They are always looking to make the next step to get the work in on time and make everyone else in the process look good.

This company has no desire to pay its contractors on time or at all. I've worked 4 job requests and had to raise hell with the CEO Chris Cook to get paid for the next to last job. 10 days out and I'm still waiting to get paid for the last job I did for them.
This is a sad company.

Been a field inspector at NVMS since 2007. Awesome company to work for especially if you are self motivated, organized, good at meeting deadlines.

I have been working with NVMS for several years now and you could not ask for a nicer, more helpful group to work with. They pay well and their web based program is easy to work with.

They don't pay reps on time, they lie all the time when they say "payment will be out". I refuse to work for this company again. They will pay their employees first before they even think about paying their reps. They won't pay for the gas that we put in our vehicles to do a job because they rather pay the minimum. DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE... THEY STOPPED PAYING THEIR VENDORS, I HAD TO ASK THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR CHECKS. THEY SEND OUT THIS FALSE PAYSTUB VIA EMAIL BUT NEVER MAIL THE CHECK

NVMS has been in business for over 15 years. Reliable reps who complete jobs on time within the allowable cost may be added to direct deposit. Their payments will be remitted every Monday. All other reps are mailed paper checks each week. All reps are graded on the same criteria to determine eligibility for direct deposit. We look at order accuracy, turn time, travel fee amounts, and whether or not the job was submitted by the due date. I have been working for NVMS for a year, and I've seen a lot of reps come and go. Typically the turnover is due to poor communication, or sub-par work performance. If a rep does not answer the phone when I call or they do not follow order instructions, It makes it difficult to have a working relationship. All the reps in my areas who complete work correctly and on time consistently, have been added to direct deposit.

I have been apart of NVMS for many years and it has always been a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to many more years of great quality work for our clients

THEY DONT PAY ON TIME!!! BIG TIME UN PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! DANIEL ESPOSITO IS NOT A HONEST MAN!!! I WILL NEVER DO ANOTHER INSPECTION FOR THEM AGAIN!!

Yes some information is incorrect on the website about the time frame of getting paid. If you talk to your Rep that you work with they will explain that you have a 60 day waiting period before you get paid for the first time but after that you should get a check or direct deposit every Monday with the remittance coming out on Thursdays. As long as you do the jobs correctly the first time and in a timely manner, no one should have a problem getting paid. If you have questions about anything with the work, contact your Rep. I myself was a little disappointed when I finally found out about the pay but once I knew, I either had to accept their terms or not work for them. That is your choice. My Rep in Virginia has been a pleasure to work with. I help her out and in return she helps me out. Communication is probably the most important aspect in this field of business. We ALL have to work together to make this line of business work. Without US, they are nothing and without them WE are nothing.

BEWARE NVMS does not pay their contractor. The only good reviews come from the inside. STAY AWAY they need to pay there contractors for the completed jobs. Or better yet leave the banks know how they lie and keep the money. Lots of people have not been paid. They promise than stop emailing and calling you unless they want another job completed. yes all jobs on time and done correctly. it doesnt take 7 months and stull waiting to receive checks. I am owed 8 checks over 450. I was honest with the IRS Now is nvms ? because I did not receive half years pay..

I've worked with this company for almost 5 years part time. It is by far the best, most reliable, flexible part time job I've ever had. I choose where and when I wish to work and they pay like clockwork.
