NVMS has been in business for over 15 years. Reliable reps who complete jobs on time within the allowable cost may be added to direct deposit. Their payments will be remitted every Monday. All other reps are mailed paper checks each week. All reps are graded on the same criteria to determine eligibility for direct deposit. We look at order accuracy, turn time, travel fee amounts, and whether or not the job was submitted by the due date. I have been working for NVMS for a year, and I've seen a lot of reps come and go. Typically the turnover is due to poor communication, or sub-par work performance. If a rep does not answer the phone when I call or they do not follow order instructions, It makes it difficult to have a working relationship. All the reps in my areas who complete work correctly and on time consistently, have been added to direct deposit.
