Elite Investigations Review

Called about employment with them. They were very rude, and was trying to rush me off of the phone. Didn't even attained the information I needed in order to come in. I was being rushed, and felt like I was a bother to them.

I worked for Elite for several years. I called out three times within their rules with more than 12 hours notice . I ran their site in a super efficient manner. The customer loved the way I was running the site . It was a very lucrative site for Elite . One day My father was taken to the hospital in an obvious emergency. I called the new office manager ( Williams I believe retired NYPD Sgt. ) 12 hours before my shift in order to tell them my father was in intensive care . He asked me if I was a doctor and if me missing my shift would help my father. ( not kidding) I did not go in . My dad passed away eventually unfortunately. When I went to pick up my check at the end of the week . I was told I was no longer with the company by a SECRETARY. I asked to see Mr. Williams but was told he was not in. I saw Williams walk into his office and lock the door . He avoided me instead of being professional. This is the type of scum that this historically ( not any more) good company has hired. That's why they have lost major clients, good employees and had to down size. Do your self a favor find a job elsewhere where people and loyalty come first. If your a potential client do your homework talk to former clients. They will cheat you and fill your locations with the lowest common denominator after the indicial big show with their top people six months after you sign the contract. This is just a snippet of what's wrong there and what they do.

Worst company to work for. You get into a serious situation like getting into an accident or have family issues they take you off the schedule without any reasons. They lose a contract to the site you was at you would be not working all the time. They are irresponsible and disrespectful. They like to mess up on your paychecks and schedules. DO NOT WORK FOR ELITE INVESTIGATIONS!!!!!!!!

Unorganized. Work Not consistent with what they tell you when hired at certain locations. Low ball on the pay. Overwhelming due to the unprofessional staff they have. By far the worst company when it come to being organized and the safety of the guard at certain sites. They won t let me re post . So I ll edit. They know I did the manager job and at a unsafe area that they did not care about. I had to go the the call center which is a receptionist . I will give any one more info on finding a way better job. They right just show to work. Don t expect anything else for them.

The professionalism that comes with this business is absolutely horrible. I first call asking what items I need to bring in. To then get there speak to one of the Coordinators Mr. Watson, he quickly speaks to me about a Whole Foods position on 59th Colombia circle. He copies my social, ID and everything else take my information down to then say due to Monday holiday wait until Tuesday to be contacted by the manager if not call him. I was never contacted so I quickly contacted Mr.Watson. Tuesday he says come in on Wednesday at noon I was unable to due so because of my internship. So Wednesday come he say can you make it to the branch today (Thursday) at 10am. When I show up they inform me that he s in Yonkers at another business and they re unable to handle me because they can t find my pre-screening with all my information on top of that asked if I can write my application again so I can be interviewed. Now I ve had experience in the working field long enough to know that interviews come first then, a position to work at, along with a phone call from the manager. The employees there seemed just as confused and gone tell me to come back another day. You guys clearly have no respect for on coming staff and it s unpleasant to send people on a wild goose chase.

I work for Elite Investigation for some time they treated me very fair all they expect of you is to go to work and not call off don't coming with no excuses. Everyone wants to work at the beginning but a month into the job everybody wants to call off I rated 5 stars because it help me pay my bills and it helped me stay off the streets when I really needed the job the most Thank You Elite Investigation if ever I'm back in New York City again I'm hoping I get the pleasure of working for you again

I cannot thank Jon enough for his quick response and professionalism in my case! He kept me informed at all times and was ultimately able to provide the information that I was seeking in very short order - he put my mind at ease! I would highly recommend Elite Investigations to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

I love this company, security is the best choice I made it fit my character, I love the supervisors, and the dispatchers very kind and respectfull, this job is the best I ever had compare to my past history jobs , I love the fact they put me in different retail stores, and a spot on Residental , was a plus . I'm looking to grow with this company . And make a very good impression, I'm very loyal when it comes to my job, I do my job well and professional, and sorry to.brag never in my life , in my past history jobs I called out, even when I was sick , it's not big Deal I still work, #snowstorm #rain I will be there, I can't believe I see these bad reviews , maybe the workers was always calling out and never respect the company off course you going get the boot! So employees plz do your job right , I totally recommend this company.

This is the worst company I ve ever worked for. There s no kind of professionalism, most of the positive comments I see are actually managers who work for the company. They never make employees aware of call outs and will tell you 15 minutes after your shift that you re mandated to work 4 hours past your scheduled shift. Anytime I needed to reach out to them it was nearly impossible to speak with any manager unless they needed you to come in or stay longer. Overall a terrible experience.

I was with this company for 2 years and believe me guys when i tell you, they never pay you the hours you work.I would work 33 hours and get pay for 29 hours.The dispatcher will never clock you out at the right time.Stay away from JOSE.He's the field manager.Very unprofessional and rude.

Great place to work at. Just show up for work, if they offer overtime, take it. All these bad reviews are for the people who don't like to work or think this job is a joke.

This place is so unorganized and they WILL make errors on anything money related at some point. The job itself is not terrible but the company is the issue nobody knows what is going on and the account managers expect you to never miss a day ever and you will NEVER know your schedule ahead of time. There is a really big reason why they have a high turnover rate they have no idea what they are doing

I was robbed by an employee. I left my bag at my permanent site I took off for one day I came back and not only did another guard wear my coat. But stole money out of my wallet. When I bought it to management attention. I was told i was wrong even after proof of employee with my stuff .I was hired as a flagger for 16.25 however salary for flagger is 22.50 everywhere, else. I wouldnt reccomend, any one working as a flagger for this company. Management took me off a schedule that allowed me to be with my kids, and, tried to place me on overnight shift .After 40 hour work week freezing temperatures and discrimination at work site I only make 475 after taxes not worth headache

I live in a senior building, and Elite Investigations runs security for the building. The guards are unprofessional and irresponsible. They have been letting people come up to my apartment without my permission. This has happened at least 4 times, including once late at night. If security rings the bell and I don t answer, then I am not available to have someone come up to my door. I may be sleeping, or not at home, or I may not know the person who is trying to come see me. It is unprofessional and unsafe for a security guard to send visitors up to my door without my consent.

I have tried to speak to both the security guard and the field manager at Elite Investigations, and both were rude and refused to deal with the issue.

Went in for an interview. The place looked like an old run down clinic. They told me they only had positions in Whole Foods where I would have to stand up all day, and that their residential positions were only for the guards that had seniority within the company. I did the right thing by leaving.

One of the most professional places I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend either utilizing the services they provide or becoming a part of their team. They have the size of a well seasoned and rapidly expanding corporation and yet they sustain a prominent rapport with every single one of their clients and employees.

Do not even entertain the thought of this company! Had an interview with Mr. Johnson yesterday and was never seen! The trip just to get to that office is a disaster and the office itself is a hole in the wall place that looks like a dingy abortion clinic. There was no lights nor heat at the front of the office and staff there were all sitting around showing next to no kind of attention or interest in any work that had to be done. The so called receptionist looked like she was a former drug addict and she kept telling me that my SSN didn t match my license number and made a joke about me being able to remember what my SSN is. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!

My experience with this company was the worst, The clients were cool and the security officers I was working with were cool but otherwise from that the security company didn t care about their employees. I was running up and down in the middle of the pandemic for my checks because they don t do direct deposit I was told. They also ask me for my information from the bank for direct deposit when I got hired for the job. After all the frustration with my checks going different places for me to pickup. I have decided to quite the job after almost 4 months working for the company, because they couldn t find a solution for me to get paid by direct deposit. At the end my last pay I received was a direct deposit from this company to my bank account. That shows me how cruel this company is to their employees.

There a good company with great people and there's always overtime available, watch out for Mr Wayne Trip that guys a real jerk he speaks to his employees like there garbage he completely ruined my work experience with them.

I had worked with Elite Investigation for few month(s), Some of the Employee in the Office are amazing and some aren't. They don't communicate well, Meaning (They tell you one thing, and later on they change it), etc.. They Don't have benefit Such as K401 and other. This job drain your life out. Is like every time you walk in the office you don't want to be here. If your Apply there, it's up to you.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! THEY'LL BELIEVE THEIR CONTRACTORS AND CUSTOMERS OVER ANY SECURITY GUARDS. THEY'LL FORCE YOU TO OVERTIME IF YOUR RELIEF GUARD CALLS OUT. PAY POORLY

I was working for Elite about 6 months just a few days ago I was terminated and nobody never Notify me this company is very unprofessional I wouldn t recommend anyone to work here
