Nuvali - Ayala Land Review

Nice environmental friendly place good for family bonding

An upcoming self sustaining community built by Ayala Land.

If you're planning to go to tagaytay, drop by at this place.

We did enjoy our time with the boat, koi fish feeding and biking even its a little hot weather. :)

Have plenty of restaurants with different cuisines you may want to experience

One of my place of choice, great location, good food, and a wonderful stop over to and from tagaytay. Looking to grab a drink? You can also get one here! A work at a BPO company? Apply here! Good photo locations? We have them here! So overall a great place to go to.

It used to be a very exciting place to go, but with the pandemic, very different and not that much to see.

Solenad/Nuvali is a must visit place if you're on the way to tagaytay. Lots of food options here, some of the best in Manila, some of which can only be found here. Cinemas are also quite good and the whole place is very clean. Parking is free too but you wouldn't see much vacant spots during "prime" times like weekends.

Lots of activities to enjoy like boating, fish feeding, biking. Plus festival of lights (Christmas season)

Great shopping area and restaurants, with lots to choose from. It's like a city inside a rural area.

4 stars because the goods here are pretty expensive. Normal people can't afford it. But he was nice to the whole family.

Speaking of Nuvali, this is a budding commercial area on the south side of Metro Manila.

LIKES:Close to nature, alot of restos all over the area, nice man-made lake where you could feed those fishes who were so hungry- this actually makes our kiddos enjoyed most of our stay in this place. The area were indeed well kept and clean, there are alot of traffic aid/security guards who where at bay to assist you. Free Parking space!!

DISLIKES:Traffic jam going in-out of this place-aww we were indeed stucked here for a long hours, parking space would be very challenging most specially during peak hours-days and season.

The mall is super nature friendly.. Good for picnics and family bonding. With lots of shop to choose from.

The traffic around here is quite heavy, so I would advice to bring a lot of patience. The place is nice, bGC strength and not too crowded so delicious to take a walk and go sightseeing.

Great place to live here ... fun to shop, dine, stroll with your pet and they have regular weekend activities, shows and bazaars at Solenad

Fancy new real estate development in Sta Rosa with high end residential and large sprawling commercial areas

Good place to hangout but slight problem with traffic condition & parking especially at night.

The place is great. It is a perfect place to spend with your family or friends during the weekends. There are a lot of restaurants which serve quality food!

So many places to visit, different restaurants to choose

A place to go when you are stressed. This I think the best mall I've ever gone to. Lots of greens around and inside the mall, you'll mistake yourself in a park instead of a mall. I want to thank Ayala for creating malls like this because you really help people have peace and calm whilst going to malls.

Nothing's perfect this year and the water fountain looks boring. Only the restos and landmark are highly recommended.

A Koi pond which you can feed the Kois! Great for a day getaway for family.

Just Ride here at Nuvali, and do some calisthenics workout at Nuvali Park

This place is like home to me Nuvali is the best stop over spot for those travelling in the south with friends, family, and even pets. Place is very clean unfortunately people having picnics here always litter

Beautiful community where you find everything you need...Mall, resto, cinema residential area. It has wide open spaces and atmosphere is very relaxing

Amazing Option To Visit And Enjoy The Resto Around.

They have everything! Retail shops, restaurants, salons, cinema, grocery, gym, nature park, bike trail, koi pond, lake, hotel and so much more! The place is both family and pet friendly. They hold a lot of events like free concerts, easter activity, weekend bazaars, etc. A great place to spend some time in whether as a destintion or a stop over going to Tagaytay from Manila or vice versa. Although the place can be too crowded on Holidays especially during the Christmas season and other long weekends. Expect heavy traffic in the area during these days as well.

NICE PLACE TO HANG OUT TO. SHOPS EVERYWHERE. NEAR HOME.

Worth visiting, a fresh take on commercial places and usual malls. Parking is free, shops are abundant, not so crowded. I'll go there everytime if it's near my place.
