This company is amazing! I had a small issue with UPS and it was handled by Pam immediately and then this week she checked in when she saw the delivery to make sure everything was good to go. That is rare these days. They have made it possible to stay on track in these new times and with my job. I can focus on my work and know I have what I need with nutrition. Class acts!
I love this company, they're very detail oriented and make sure their customers are happy. They respond in a timely manner to messages, staff is very friendly. The food is amazing, and they care about their customers and their results.
So much more than a meal prep company. Chris and his team have both clients and non-clients, overall wellness in mind. They give much more of themselves than simply providing meals. Attention to detail and the highest standards are a requirement for this company. I messaged Chris a few years ago and I wasn t a client. I just needed some advice and motivation and within 48 hours he followed up with a response that was spot on , motivating and detailed. Who gives that much of himself to someone who isn t purchasing their product yet???
Wanted to share a great experience- new client and had a MAJOR question when I received first set of meals. It was after hours- their chat and hours online showed closed. However, I had messaged that it was urgent and I was new. Pam took time to call me and talk me through every question I had and showed me true customer service! Who does that after hours anymore?? Amazing.The meals are great - and the service is the best. Glad I found them!

NUTRITION SOLUTIONS is amazing! I work as a LEO with 10 hour shifts. NS makes it convenient to get my work out in before shift and stay on track with my macros for the day. The portions are generous, and the food is VERY tasty. The Cuban Picadillo and the Rosemary Chicken are my favorites. When I heat these up at work, my coworkers can smell the goodness. They are jealous that I'm enjoying fresh, healthy and delicious food for about the same price as their unhealthy fast food. All around, a wise decision!
Nutrition Solutions has helped me tremendously. I ve been using it consistently for over 2 years now. I used it throughout my entire pregnancy and haven t stopped. After having my baby I obviously wasn t able to workout like before, so if it wasn t for Nutrition Solutions I wouldn t have been able to lose the baby weight as fast and maintain my muscle. After only one 4 days I feel amazing. My metabolism is waking up. I want to lose about 20 pounds and have already lost 3 pounds. I do not feel hungry comsuming 4 meals a day. I set a reminder on my phone that goes off every 3 1/2 hours. I have a meal, done. I do work out but as I understand you will still look amazing even if you just sit all day behind a desk. I spoke with support about my goals. I can tell you Jake is amazing. He makes himself available during your journey. (Something that is rare). I can text, or call him. He gives me advices and it's like having a coach by your side. I can't say enough about this company. I have not even completed 6 weeks yet but I am totally soked! This place is nothing short of AMAZING. Food is great, measured perfectly with a very enthusiastic staff. They are very accommodating and will consistently go above and beyond. They're always available for questions or concerns. Jeremy in particular has been consistently there for me when ever I've had a question or concern that he happily addressed. As a retail manager, I recognize how rare it is to have an employee as likeable, outgoing and knowledgable as he is. This guy gets it. I was just woken up by a delivery person at 10:55pm. I declined the food he was delivering because I was sleeping. As I shut the door and walked back to my room I noticed I had 2 missed calls a voice mail and a text message from this delivery driver name Luis. Apparently they had an employee appreciation day and it ran later than expected. I appreciate that nutrition solutions does these types of events for their employees, what I don't appreciate is being woken up at 10:55pm because someone at that location doesn't know how to manage deliveries. When I was leaving my house at 7am for work what do I find. The bag of food that the delivery driver was trying to deliver last night at 10:55pm. I dont; know what kind of company would allow food to be delivered at 10:55pm let alone left at someones door over night. Even with this experience I am happy to report that the company called me before noon today. I spoke with a very nice guy named Lee. He apologized and offered to have the meals shipped at no cost. I will be able to try this companies products and I am very excited. I can look past this very weird first impression. Thank you Lee and nutrition solutions team for helping with this.
I have been using Nutrition Solutions for the past 14 weeks and have gone from 333 pounds to 304 pounds. I am not a bodybuilder or even an athlete, but I have learned you don't need to be Superman to lose weight. You just need discipline, consistency and Nutrition Solutions. I eat 4 NS meals a day, exercise (walk, tennis, etc...) for one hour six days a week and I drink nothing but water.
My first worry was that the plan might be too expensive. However, after a nerdy three-month cost analysis of my food budget, including all the time I save not grocery shopping or cooking, it's actually even with what I was spending eating out and on junk food at the grocery store. As someone who travels 2-3 times a week the packages are also great for road trips. Any hotel or gas station has a microwave to heat up the food so it's super convenient.
My second worry was that the food would taste too healthy. No offense to my wife, and I've told her this, but some of this food is better than hers and she's a fantastic cook. The good news is all the food is super fresh and the ingredients, seasoning, spices etc... give everything an amazing flavor. I'm in love with foods I never knew I liked and I'm coming around on foods I thought I hated.

My husband and I have been clients for about a week. We are both in our 40's and we have been lacking on our nutrition... After trying Hello Fresh we decided we are too busy to cook and then clean up. And I really didn't like most of the low calorie meals I picked. After our trainer recommended Nutrition Solutions we placed our first order. We love all of our meals, it is actual cooked food that tastes great and keeps us full until our next meal. My husband has the extra meat plan and I have the regular plan. Each meal is about 400 calories for me and his extra protein plan is 500+ calories. This company is hands down the best company I send money to on a regular basis. Yes I m a customer but they treat you like you re part of the team. Then even sent me a protein mini birthday cake on my birthday. Name another company you buy from all year long that does that. Not gunna happen. I have lived in the Tampa area for almost two years now and im a paralyzed veteran and being chair bound i had gained a good amount of weight from many obstacles and medical procedures and over the past year i started really getting my diet down and really being able to train but i dont have it in me to really make meals on a consistent basis not ones that taste good anyway usually just eggs and ground beef with ketchup and hot sauce it gets really old so i had gotten healthy meal kits from other places and wasnt a fan of some of the foods i would go to the super market and get the frozen versions of there healthy food bowls hated them after some time i redownloaded instagram and started looking up some body builders i used to like and other sport athlete's wwe etc. My son loves wrestling and i had seen nutrion solutions thru ads on instagram so i gave them a like and eventually comented on one of the pictures and rep of the company connor commented on it and invited me down to there headquarters in tampa to see what there all about ....i asked if it was handicap accessible he said ill come to you man i said alright see you there...went the next day with my 3 year upon arriving i was greeted by every employee with a smile connor came out and gave me and indepth tour of there facility i met some of there cooks and other employees my daughter loved the place they pampered her with cookie monster donuts and other goodies that she devoured and shared with her siblings (kids have been begging for more) after a tour connor and i just talked about life and some of the difficulties ive faced in my life and he talked about some of his life experiences we come from two different worlds but connor is a very good person to have working for this company respectful took the time showed me your facilities gave me meals to try and just asked for a review on there food well so far ive has the lee bowl the lamb pizza and let me tell you wow packed with flavor isnt full of sauce to give taste like the frozen tv meals at super market and not bland like some other meal prep services these meals tasted like i made it fresh at home or went to a restaurant and ordered something .. foods amazing but i still cant get over the people who work there and the enviroment i hadnt had the pleasure of meeting the owner but you can see that he operates this buisness like a true professional and from watching his videos on instagram takes a deep passion which he instills his leadership traits down to his other employees runs a well organized company i highly recommend this place im not to sure what these few non 5 star reviews are about maybe there full of it because the people here alone make me want to be a client of theres for the foreseeable future again connor thanks again for your time and the food again is stellar semper fi
I'm going to have to agree with some of these poor reviews. I tried this program to aid in my meal prep and I found the variety lacking, the price expensive and the communication through email very slow. I often received the wrong meals and all they ever say is " we are sorry we will do better" but then it happens again and again. I have found better options with icon meals and sensible meals.

Prior to joining NS I tried doing my own meal prep but was either under eating or over eating. The meals were bland and my wife didn t like continuously eating what I would prep. Macro ed our for you packed for you. Easy easy pop em in the microwave, cook it on a skillet anyway you like. Fresh and great! They even put inspirational quotes on the box and hand write a personal message on a card for you make it that much personal. Gives me motivation!!

This place goes the extra mile! They make sure the food taste amazing and their customer service is always there any time you need them! The people are so supporting and motivating. If you do what the site says then you WILL SEE RESULTS! I have tried meal prepping myself, paid someone else to do it for, but I have never been able to stick to it like I have with nutrition solution. They give you a variety of food every week. If you don t like it then you can always change out for something else that you will! They even give you DONUTS! Enough said, right? Everyone should at least give nutrition solution a try. I promise you won t regret it!!
